Amending review to say that the flowers arrived late last night. I paid extra to have flowers delivered same day. I never recieved a confirmation email and my flowers were not delivered. 49 euros... もっず芋る

I am extremely disappointed with this


I am extremely disappointed with this service.

While the flowers themselves were acceptable, they were nowhere near the quality or appearance shown in the advertised images. What made the situation far worse, however, was the delivery, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

The order was delivered via Uber, and the driver called my spouse directly, instructing her to come outside in her pyjamas and collect the flowers from the back of the car. The driver did not exit the vehicle or attempt to deliver the flowers to the front door, despite the delivery clearly being intended as a surprise. This action entirely defeated the purpose of the order.

As a result, the surprise was ruined, and my spouse was placed in an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation. For a service that charged £200 for the flowers and £100 for delivery, this level of carelessness is unacceptable.

This experience reflects poor coordination, lack of professionalism, and zero attention to customer expectations. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this service.

In this situation, we recommend opening a dispute to receive compensation. To do this, you need to go to your order within 3 days of delivery, rate it 1 star and click on the ‘Open dispute’ button. Your dispute will be resolved within 3 days.

We sincerely hope that this experience will not be repeated and that in the future you will only have positive experiences with your orders.

Great gift choice, reasonably priced especially when compared with other sites, and extraordinary speed of delivery! Birthday cake delivered to my son in Barcelona within an hour and a half of ordering!

I recently tried the Lotus Cheesecake and Red Velvet cake from Flowwow, and it was absolutely delicious! The cheesecake was creamy, the red velvet was soft and moist, and the Lotus flavor added the perfect caramel crunch.

Beyond the cake itself, the whole experience with Flowwow was excellent. The app is very user-friendly and convenient, making it super easy to place an order. I love that they offer such a wide variety of options — from cakes and flowers to gifts and plants — all in one place. Delivery was smooth and right on time.

Overall, I’m really impressed with both the quality of the products and the service. Highly recommended! 🌞🍰
