Smooth transactions…everything is commendable! But just needs improvement on bouquet card, kindly make it more personal as this bouquet are gifts or for special occasions/moments not for promotion of the company. The company/store and their services are more highlighted in the card rather than the personal message.

I ordered these flowers as an apology for my partner, and he absolutely loved them. The bouquet was delivered right on time and looked even better than the pictures ..so fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. What really impressed me was how long the flowers lasted! The roses you delivered are pathetic. The packaging is the worst – you used chart paper and didn’t even cut it properly. The roses are not fresh at all.
