Mi sono appena iscritto (account hobby) e, quando sono andato a fare il collegamento con il neo-creato negozio Shopify, quest'ultima piattaforma mi ha risposto che quest'app (uDroppy) non è "installabile" nella loro piattaforma. Ecco il messaggio completo: "
This app is no longer available on Shopify and can’t be installed. You may be able to find similar apps in the Shopify App Store." Ma la cosa più problematica è che l'unica via d'aiuto che si può ricevere con il mio account "Hobby" è la pagina dell'help center (help . udroppy . com / en /) che, però, risulta Not Found. Vorrei dargli credito, anche perché molte recensioni sono buone, ma non trovo via d'uscita.

Ho tolto ancora un'altra stella perché sono riuscito ad aprire una chat, dove c'è scritto che il loro tempo di risposta medio è di "alcuni minuti", mentre invece dopo 40 minuti circa non solo non hanno risposto (neanche per email), ma non hanno neanche letto i miei messaggi.

I do not recommend doing business with this company.
My experience with this company when I am building an A+ brand and I expect superb communication and service along the way is:
I had an appointment with the person that represents uDroppy i.e. Eugenio Reggiani, I got a bunch of automated emails, the last one before the meeting was a video of him in a suit explaining me about this ''important'' video call, when I was waiting for him, he didn't even send me a link to get in the video call. Contacted him 30 minutes later, and got a response that he forgot it and wanted to reschedule the meeting where up I answered simply NO, today we planned to have the meeting, and today we will have the meeting!
I am looking to many fulfillment centers, and we are on a tight schedule.
So, eventually I received the link, he got on the video call, looking like he just got out of bed in his hoodie (comparing it to that BS video where he sits like a big boss in a suit explaining how ''important'' this call is, and we should have pen and paper to take notes of the meeting.).
All OK, I received almost all the info. that we needed, he told me he was going to send me some info. after the call, again that also, we didn't receive.
Then I contacted uDroppy's support, with some basic questions about fee's and warehouse locations to move our stock too.
They pasted me a bunch of articles, not able to give me a straight answer and asked me to make an appointment with this uDroppy representative Eugenio Reggiani, to which I said no, thank you, we already have a very bad experience with him.
After 1 day, I still was fighting to get me the basic answers to my questions, so we decided to move on and skip this company.
Who can trust their business to a company like this if its representatives are already missing appointments, sending documents, not able to give simple basic info.
I suggest for you entrepreneurs to find a decent fulfillment service other than this, and if they are already missing appointments, missing sending info. and documents, not able to give answers on simple questions, you got all the red flags to move on!
I have found me now a very good fulfillment center that meets up with the consumer standards of today, i.e. order today, receive tomorrow.
With superb communication, software and customer service.
Because as you successful entrepreneurs know: if you want, you get! You just have to keep on looking and look good!

Servizio pessimo, assistenza inesistente. Call di 10 minuti tirate via frettolose che non portano da nessuna parte. Quando hai un problema nessuno si muove per aiutarti a risolverlo ma devo fare tutto da solo… davvero lo sconsiglio al massimo! Tanti soldi buttati al vento

La mia esperienza con Udroppy è stata povitiva per quanto riguarda l'intera struttura come serietà e professionalità, ancora di più il confido molto per il docente Stefano Grossale che mi hanno affidato dove mi ha seguito per tutto l'intero tempo per quanto riguardava tutta la gestione con udroppy e anche la grafica per creare le pagine all'interno di shopify..!!
Consiglio a chiunque di farsi seguire da udroppy per chi vuole fare e-comerce fatto bene..!

The platform is really intuitive and has great features for scaling.

Customer support is quick and have always found a solution to anything I've raised.

The merchant success manager is awesome and definitely the best feature! Shoutout to Adelaide who has been so, so helpful and a key part in my business getting it's feet off the ground.

I love uDroppy for my ecommerce business. The first meeting with Eugenio was great and motivation. I am looking forward to the great start.

There seems to be no transparency regarding when you will be charged for a subscription. I made an account to check out the website and deleted it again after a few hours since it wasn't for me, but I was still charged for one month subscription.

I contacted support and was told that I cancelled my subscription too late. I cancelled at 4:37pm but was charged 4:35pm...

Con la mia azienda, ho lavorato come membro Pro per quasi un anno su udroppy facendo sia private label che dropshipping. ho sempre pagato il servizio mensile da $150 al mese (quind ogni mese singolarmente).
Poco prima del 1 Gennaio 2021 decido invece di di pagare un pacchetto subscription da 3 mesi tutto in una volta, per diversi motivo oggi mi trovo a lasciare udroppy per utilizzare un'altra soluzione di logistica, ho usufruito pienamente del serivizio nel mese di Gennaio (2021) il mese successivo, Febbraio non ho fatto nulla ma avrei concesso anche di regalargli i soldi del mese ma ho chiesto il rimborso di almeno $100 per il mese di Marzo in quanto assolutamente non utilizzerò udroppy in nessun modo e infatti oggi ho pure cancellato la subscription ma loro non hanno nessuna intenzione di rimborsami a quanto pare, e questo è inaccettabile.

Eugenio was great to talk to, and answered all my questions honestly. He knew what he was talking about. The customer service all around on the platform is amazing and this is likely the reason that I will continue to work with them.

Applicazione molto utile ed affidabile. Aiuta e segue anche chi è alle prime armi. Prodotti buoni, con possibilità di richiedere una vasta gamma di altri prodotti, non ancora presenti sulla piattaforma. Abbiamo un buon Merchant Success Manager, Stefano, che ci segue ed è molto disponibile. Costo dell'abbonamenti basso rispetto al servizio offerto, molto buono. Team fantastico, grazie mille! Consigliamo vivamente!

I have been working with Udroppy and their virtual warehouse for the past several months, and it had been an absolute pleasure. All products coming from my virtual warehouse were delivered on time and fully tracked, with very few inquiries from clients. My e-com manager helped me with all of my problems and personally contacted me about any problems with orders placed. I would absolutely recommend this service for any seller looking to improve delivery times and client satisfaction with their order.

Udroppy è un servizio ottimo per chi vuole fare ecommerce , ovviamente ci sono anche altri metodi per facilitare le operazioni di drop e magari trovare spedizioni anche più veloci , ma sicuramente la piattaforma di Udroppy è perfetta per chi vuole iniziare un percorso nel mondo dell' ecommerce , in particolare anche perchè hanno una chat attiva 24h con persone simpatiche e davvero disponibili nell'aiutarti in qualsiasi dubbio tu abbia , io ho interagito con Stefano che è un ottimo lavoratore e mi ha aiutato moltissimo!

ho avuto nel complesso una buona esperienza, i prodotti sono buoni e udroppy utilizza fornitori di qualità. Con l'abbonamento traction avevo il supporto via chat, devo dire che Stefano è sempre stato di aiuto e gentile.
