I've been buying all of my ugly sweaters from this site since 2014. My favorite thing about them is they have trendy new sweaters each holiday season.

Perfect transaction from beginning to end. Received an Order confirmation email immediately after ordering, it was shipped out the same day and I received a tracking number to track (full disclosure - I ordered two day shipping) it arrived very quickly. Sizing was on point and the sweater looked as advertised. I would definitely order from this site again!

I purchased a 3d sweater and everyone loved it! It fit well and was comfortable to wear. I received my order quickly and in time for my holiday party!

I have purchased Ugly Christmas Sweaters online for years, and have always been happy with their service and timely arrival. I've purchased them for both work and home Christmas parties, and have been very pleased with the quality. They're always a hit!!!

This is a bad company. I ordered a sweater with the 3D moose that attaches and they sent the sweater without the moose attachment. I emailed them through their website 2 weeks. Nothing. I emailed them using their info email address and my own client 5 days ago. Nothing.

These people do not know how to run a business and even less about customer service. I will never order from them again.

Ordered an item that was being sent back due to incorrect address. I was advised to reorder the item and they would refund me when the original came back, however
it was out of stock. Talked to support and "Jake" told me it wouldn't be a problem to resend the item, I just have to wait for it to get back to the warehouse and they'll send a new tracking number. Fast forward few days and I receive an email saying I got a refund. Never got a new tracking number. Tried to reach out to support once again and this time no response. It's been 4 days now and I've tried contacting them multiple times. No response each time. These guys lied to me just to appease me and had no intention of helping me out with my order. I will never be ordering from this site again, and will definitely be spreading the word about their lying customer service reps.

I bought an item and paid for 2 day shipping. 4 days later it has yet to be delivered. I told them I want a refund and they said I had to pay for the shipping to return the item. I will never try to buy from them again.

haha I bought a $24.95 beanie, with $9.95 shipping fees. The quality and the material of this beanie is so bad, I might as well go to the local mall and get a $20-$25 beanie which is solid, have a little weight, and doesn't feel like a cheap synthetic knockoff.

The beanie feels like wearing a plastic bag... now you might be wondering, how could I be so dumb to trust a USA based wanna be edgy brand website??

I bought this because I'm a massive pewdiepie fan, I wouldn't even bat an eye on this h brand. I am a fellow 14 year old and I have been wanting a pewdiepie beanie for the longest time... so I jumped at the offer of having one and neglecting the issues with overseas brands and online purchases... I mean Represent.com had been giving pretty good standards of merch quality... although the long-sleeve shirts are equally disappointing as this beanie...

Don't trust this brand "UglyChristmasSweater.com" it's a scam.

This is a scam. They are using the logo of a legimate company to fool you. If you look on their website, there is no contact info, no phone number or address. You never receive a confirmation email or tracking number for your order. Had to contact my cc company to have the charge taken off my account. Not only am I angry to have been scammed, we now have no sweaters to wear to our party. Shameful😕

I had placed an order on November 24 for a Christmas Ugly sweater with the moose infront I got it on the 29th. But what I saw online in the picture was the moose straight up attach on the sweater but after getting the product it is totally different and not as describe and there's no where mention in their description that the moose must be use with safety pins for it to stay up beside having velcro on it if I'd knew this before I wouldn't have bought this sweater then to know I must pay for the return so I can get my money back, they refuse to give me a return label when it wasn't as described. I feel this business is a ripp off and misleading information not properly describing the truth of their product to customer. I paid $87.85 plus $10.15 for return to get my money back.

I tried the number of this company and it was not even working. After reading how they do business and how so many people got taken out of there heard earned money I am not even surprised. I used to live in Michigan people from Michigan never used to do business this way.

I tried to purchase something from this site but it wouldn't let me. It just kept on redirecting to the main page. The products look great though.

UglyChristmasSweater.com sent and charged me for 2 of the same sweaters!! Spoke with customer service and she blamed it all of me saying that it was my mistake, why would I order 2 of the same exact sweaters? I tried one of them on and I didn't like it so I wanted to return them but they would not accept the one that I tried on because it was out of the bag. They didn't include a return slip so I had to pay $15 to ship the sweater that was still in the bag back to them. So disappointed. I lost out of over $75...so upset and it didn't seem like they even cared one bit. I'm never ordering from uglychristmassweater.com again and I suggest the same to everyone else unless you want to be blamed for their mistakes and you better know how your sweater looks on you, before you get it out of the bag!! I'm not the one to complain since I work in customer service so I totally understand how it is but they were unreasonable and I'm disappointed. I was looking forward to doing all my Christmas sweater shopping through them but unfortunately that has changed.
