SCAM BE AWARE.... Cancel your bank account immediately ... Conned me out of x7 payments of £39.00 monthly

Would not give them even 1 star but to make people aware they have been taking money out evey month without my knowing cosent. Though it was a official goverment site to change my address on driving licence but unaware it was a subscription .

This company is crooked. I never agreed to a monthly account yet they have taken money from me for several months. I have of course cancelled the account which I never agreed to.

If you are like me you will only be reading this once you have been tricked. Like a lot of others I was mislead into thinking I was using a DVLA service to update the address on my log book

UK-Road.com may offer a genuine service which people want to use however they are very good at deceiving people, gaining their data and taking their money.

I have worked with computers/internet etc all my working life and have taken part in many cyber security training courses. I consider myself to be computer literate and aware of scammers and tricks. I am disappointed and feel stupid for falling for UK-Road.com tricks.

They purposely make it difficult to see that they are collecting your data and taking your money, pretending to be an official government source. I received no confirmation that I had signed up to their service so was unaware until I noticed that they had taken a second payment and I then spoke to my bank.

This type of business practice should be illegal!

I also used these thinking it was dvla site I even emailed asking why I was charged 39 when it is meant to be free they have had nearly £160 out of my bank I have a car on mobility so I would NEVER SIGN A SUBSCRIPTION for this as well as not being financially able to AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Used this website to change my address on my driving license. Paid for it but never received my license

Application submitted with no fuss, and the updated card arrived quicker than advertised.

This is a legit SCAM WEBSITE!!!!

Pretends to be a legit gov.uk website (even the font is the same).

It didn’t say that it is a subscription. You tick the box saying that you agree pay for them (third party) to change address on driving license but they don’t tell you that it’s monthly and not one off payment.

SCAMMERS. Refused to give a refund for following months payments.

This is a scam, we have just moved house and I thought I was changing our 4 addresses on the DVLA website but I was charged by UK Road £39 each. They then took a further £39 each the following month, my bank told me they have set up a monthly subscription. You can’t speak to anybody, DO NOT USE SCAM

The design of the site was clean and modern. Nothing looked dodgy or outdated.

Total Scam! I will say the same than other. Want to chant address thought it was the official gouvernement website and now they charge every month

Honestly better than other services I’ve tried. No crashes, no weird form bugs. Just a normal service

Applied Monday, had the licence in my hands by Friday. Everything was smooth and quick.

Honestly, I thought something had gone wrong because the process was too easy. Everything arrived exactly as promised. The site looked modern, no bugs or confusing buttons and the payment page didn’t glitch out like so many others. The updated licence came neatly packaged, with my address and name spelled perfectly. Pleasant surprise from start to finish.

This is a total scam, beware, see comments below for similar experiences. Lost £78 on this (two months) before I realised that money was being taken from my account. Didn't even know that I was signed up or how they got my bank account details.

The entire process felt like it had been designed by someone who actually tested it.

Licence arrived earlier than promised. Happy with how streamlined everything felt.

AVOID- SCAM!!! I somehow ended up on the Uk-Road website whilst trying to do a DVLA change of address for a driving licence which is free through DVLA . I was charged £39 followed by a rolling subscription of £39 per month which I knew nothing about. I phoned the customer service team to request a refund as it was misleading and a total scam. Despite numerous phone calls I received no refund.
