Customer service were very helpful after I experienced a issue

I was very impressed with the customer service. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I emailed them and, even though it had been dispatched, they recalled my order and sent out the amended one with no fuss. My harem pants arrived swiftly and I love them. Comfortable. Good quality. I will definitely be ordering more from here.

I ordered a red, long sleeved dress in S. The one sent was an XL and far far too big.
I requested a refund once I’d returned it and asked how to do the latter. I was told to video or photograph the dress but my phone does not do this and there isn’t anyone I can ask.
I have explained all this twice already to no avail.
Please could you advise me.?

Lovely trousers

I have purchased numerous items (men's bracelets) from Buddhastoneshop, this year and last, and on every occassion the ordering process and customer service has been excellent. The products have been made to a very high quality. The gift box like packaging, also to a very high quality. I love the huge choice/selection of products, and what they represent, how they feel and look. Highly recommended.

Lovely garment but sizing wasn't quite right. Customer service team were very helpful in finding a solution though!

I've bought four pairs of trousers from here, they are super comfy and great quality. The customer service has been responsive and helpful too.

Brilliant customer service very promo I have been emailing back forth with the team as I ordered the wrong size but they have been brilliant in getting in touch very quick replies and instant replacement clothes r light and airy very comfortable material I ordered a top and a wide leg bottom I’m so glad I bumped in to this website I will be purchasing more in the future

I bought a top and trousers set from Buddahstone.
Unfortunately when it arrived it was way too small, I’m a UK size XL.
when I reached out to them, they were brilliant, they merely asked me to cover P&P to send me out a replacement in XXL which they’ve advised will fit.
I’m looking forward to receiving my order.
The clothes are excellent quality and I’d thoroughly recommend this store.

Definitely give this shop 5 Stars10 if it would let me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . Love the quality and the variety I could spend ages looking (and I do ;)). The trousers I ordered didn’t suit me due to a disability such a shame as they are perfect and just what I was looking for . So unusual . Customer service helped me immensely and super fast response . So of course I spent ages looking for more things and easily filled my basket . Can’t wait for my next parcel so beautiful. I highly recommend and I’m definitely buying g again .
