Color Wow Curl Wow Anti Frizz Styling Set
These products were absolutely awful. My curls fell flat within hours, leaving my hair dry, frizzy and messy. A complete waste of money and time. I returned both products a week ago and STILL haven’t received my refund. Completely unacceptable! This shows a total lack of respect for customers!!!

I never write good reviews, but the Dream Coat product was so amazing I came looking for a place to tell everyone. I am so surprised to see the low reviews. I found the Dream Coat spray literally changed my life. My lifelong straight hair had gone fully wavy (and frizzy) with peri menopause. I never looked or felt good. I used Dream Coat once a week ago, and blow dried it, and EIGHT days later every day I wake up it looks like I just blow dried it. I keep wondering when I'm going to need to wash it again cos it looks so good every day. It makes the layered cut look really good. I don't know about their other products, or their customer service, but this particular Dream Coat product is hands down the best problem solver on the planet for wavy unmanageable hair

Bought the Money Laundering shampoo and conditioner duo direct from Color Wow UK website, nearly £60 for the pair. Rather than hydrating my hair as advertised, the formulas left it stripped, wiry and frizzy - the opposite of what's promised.

I emailed their support team on 21 July requesting a refund and a prepaid return label, as set out in their own refund policy for faulty or underperforming products. Three days on, radio silence.

Looking at other reviews here, Color Wow's standard response is to point people to an email address - I forwarded my original email to that exact address and it bounced. So it's not just that they're slow to respond, it looks like the contact route they publicly quote doesn't even work!

A £60 product that damages rather than improves your hair is bad enough. A company that can't be reached through its own advertised support channel is worse.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM COLOR WOW - YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Had an issue with shampoo being broken on arrival, and therefore leaked everywhere, but the customer service team were super quick to resolve this for me. Surprised by all the bad reviews on here tbh. Have been using their products for over a year and find they work really well for my fine hair.

Reklamen lover krøller til selv glat hår. Jeg har dog selv en anelse fald i håret og håbede på mere krøl…. Men fik nærmest det modsatte - mere glat hår. Så det virker overhovedet ikke efter hensigten og er alt for dyrt. Jeg føler mig virkelig snydt.

Products do not work at all. Leaves hair heavy and no curl

Disgusting. It smells like feet.
I was enticed by the constant ads and cleaver marketing of this product on social media. Should have known better.
Amazing curls with just one product, bullshit.
My hair felt so dry and damaged after use and that was with and without using a hairdryer, the curls were frizzy and flat and the smell atrocious.
I would have been convinced it was a fake product but I bought it from Marks and Spencer, not online.
Just glad I only bought the travel size and not the extortionate full sized product.
Save your hard earned cash.

I ordered a few things online by colour wow.
I bought the hairspray , when i sprayed it i can only describe the smell as soiled babys nappies. The smell is so bad its unacceptable to use.
I got the xl root spray and that made my hair dry and frizzy and break off , all of it was a total waste of money, when i put a comment on face book it was removed immediately. The results are nothing like the pictures on instagram.

So i spent just over £60 on your products and got the extra strength dream coat spray and the antifrizz set, and what a waste of money, wish I had seen the reviews instead of watching the video online.

Spent longer tonight drying it with these products, my own hair went nice and fluffy and now unmanageable, and the extensions ive got in are now all lank like 😆😆Will have to wash again tomorrow and sort with the usual cheaper products that i use.

Hopefully, you see the reviews before buying as id stick to your usual brand of hair choice.

And unless you are happy to refund me the money I spent there is really no point in saying please DM us

Jeg har købt både deres “dry-shampoo” og Textur-spray, begge er så elendige.
Deres tør shampoo virkede 2-3 gange så gik dåsen i stykker, så byttede jeg den i Matas, og nu er den nye også gået i stykker?
Deres textur spray virker overhoved ikke.
Total overpris for elendige produkter!!
De billige tilsvarende produkter fra Normal er bedre ☹️

So disappointed in this company. I have used several products, with no need to contact the company. But on this occasion I did need to contact them and my goodness, what a let down. No one answers the phone, been trying for 2 days. Just a message saying "no one available to take the call" there's no email address either. I have tried to log an issue through my account, but still waiting to hear. Absolutely rubbish. I'll never use them again

Amazing experience, love all their products I’ve used. Amazing cs. Super fast response and resolved my problem straight away. Only had one issue with an item fault but was swiftly dealt with.

The product is fine, however the customer service is appalling.

I had two conditioner delivered rather than one shampoo and one conditioner- my fault I’m sure. However the unwanted to conditioner which was more than £60 was returned on 9th May 2025 and I hadn’t heard anything by 9th June 2025 so chased my refund. Was asked my tracking number - gave it and heard nothing else (although I did have a survey asking me what I thought of the service).

If you don’t give refunds when products have been returned that’s stealing. What a shame that a good product is let down so very very badly by utter incompetency.

Very poor customer service- or should I say lack of it completely.
Sadly Colour wow use Evri and they being their usual selves, are truly awful when they loose your parcel! I have been told to chase Evri by Colour Wow and chase Colour Wow by Evri! Talk about going round in circles.

Been 10 days now, I still have no parcel, so no paid for goods, no apology from Colour Wow either. This was my first order/experience with Colour Wow, now my last with them! I go on Holliday in two days and now have to ask for a refund and go buy more hair product's as they don’t care that the courier they use is useless and that their customer is left with nothing but a bitter taste.

Really poor show from both companies but extremely poor from Colour Wow, there is now ‘Wow’ about your service to your customers is there! Do better….

I bought the "Cleanse & Quench Wash Day Duo for Curly Hair" shampoo and conditioner and used them for over a month. I can categorically say they are awful products and caused significant hair loss, dullness and damage to my hair. Please don't buy these products. I've switched back to using pureology and my hair feels completely different after just one wash. I hope it hasn't done any long term damage to my hair.

Loved the root lift spray - it really works and would definitely buy again.

I must say I am very surprised by the negative reviews. As someone who has very fine hair & buys many, many hair products these are the first products I have bought that actually do what they claim to do. I have bought the Dream Coat & was so impressed that I have just bought the root lift. Amazing products & in my opinion, reasonably priced. Some of the reviews have said the products made their hair sticky but they didn’t make my hair sticky & everything makes my hair sticky. I can only think that maybe they were using too much product. You do also have to use it as directed. For instance, the Dream Coat you have to drench your hair in it & then blow dry whilst styling/brushing.

These products are very overpriced and disappointing.
Especially the 'TEXURIZING' spray which promises 'no stickiness' etc. I used it hoping it would do as claimed by COLOR WOW. I used it on my clean fresh washed fine but silky hair immediately turned into wire wool. It was so coarse and brittle I could not get a brush or comb through it. My hair looked and felt so bad I had to wash it all out immediately. This was the worst product for me.
Having said that, I have used the shampoo & conditioner, XL Bombshell volumiser hair thickener and root lift and found they did not work any better than products half the price of these overpriced over-hyped useless products. My last purchase from Color Wow is indeed my last purchase I will never buy from them again!
