La genouillère miracle(!) N'est pas conforme à la photo . Vendue 37 euros plus le port. La même sur les sites amazone ou chinois à moins de 6 euros!
Pour la renvoyer : direction la chine avec des frais de port supérieurs à la valeur du produit...

The many critical reviews of thee "hand collected sea glass pebbles from a sea shore" are far too kind. Marketed by Curalise, other name Crimson or Leviathan, made to look like in UK but actually China. This is a absolute deliberate fraud, claimed to be old glass while it is very thin plastic. I have already asked Action Fraud to look at it and the links around the company advertising it and other fake items. I recovered my money through Virgin Money Credit Card.. They investigated and did a charge back. This can be done for any amount if there is justification, while the legal refund under Consumer Credit Act applies OVER £100 if you pay by credit card. (the charge back can be arranged by bank debit card as well) Good luck.

The goods the puppy not as advertised returns policy at my expense even though the purchase was advertised on Google this action has to be stopped by them. Was a present for granddaughter did not give it to her. £38 For a a toy worth about £5

Absolute rubbish and nothing at all like the product marketed. £40 for a box of Christmas tree decorations that would be of no use anywhere.
I have spent weeks demanding a refund which they repeatedly ignored. They finally came back yesterday saying to send the product to somewhere in China and that I will have to pay.
Luckily my partner is a Lawyer, so they can be prepared to be hammered.

Escroquerie totale , un chien du marché à 5 euros, ne correspond pas à la description. Je suis très déçu et ma petite fille aussi. C’est pas bien de faire ça. Ils méritent un procès, mais bon il faut habituer à se faire avoir.

The so called interactive puppy, was just a battery operated puppy you could get from a market stall for £5, I've paid £38 , and am requesting a refund, no response, definitely a scam website

These people are crooks, I bought a heater for £63 which is rated for non uk use ie it’s totally useless , do not but from these crooks they don’t offer a refund and neither do they answer emails.

Alors déjà, je reçois le colis le 29.12, Noël est passé, un colis qui arrive complètement cabossé et déchiré, et à l'intérieur, un pauvre chiot minuscule, rien à voir avec la photo, où on sent une structure en plastique sous la fourrure, qui n'en est pas une, c'est une copie de fourrure, et juste un pauvre son quand on bouge la tête du chiot, rien à voir avec ce qu'ils disent ! UNE HONTE !!!! UNE VRAIE HONTE ! Quelle horreur !Comment peut-on berner des clients ainsi ??????

I wrote to request a refund on the Sea Glass Advent Calendar and never got a reply.

I’m writing to request a refund for two sets of the advent calendar that just arrived yesterday. I opened one and when I held one of the items in my hand, I realized it was not at all what I had expected. Each ornament is flat whereas the photoshowed 3-D beach glass. Also each one is covered with a plastic type layer on both sides so it really looks like a plastic ornament not glass.

One star is one too many. This is a complete scam - crappy bits of plastic, delivered late and about £60 too expensive

I too fell for this dreadful scam. Ordered two. Only one arrived . I emailed and asked for a refund. Was asked to return to China! Package was posted in UK. Total scam. How can this be allowed to carry on? The item is still being advertised, not just in the uk!
Fortunately for me I received a refund from PayPal.

Ordered two of the heaters. The Evri delivery driver launched the package over the fence onto my back door step and broke the plug on one of the heaters. Insufficient packaging and completely unprofessional delivery. I have the incident on security video. Curalise told me to contact Evri, Evri told me to contact Curalise, now both are not answering my emails.
As regards the actual heater that wasn’t damaged. Don’t waste your money, completely inaffective and possibly dangerous. It hangs out of a wall socket and the casing gets extremely hot to touch. Clearly only designed for use for a couple of minutes. I certainly wouldn’t leave them unattended. The claim it heats a room quickly? Laughable. I used mine in a small 3 x 4 metre kitchen with the door closed. Not a hope.

The company I bought from is called Wooro. Exactly the same advertisement with all the speal about what you can save and it goes on and on.paid £88 for two heaters but 12 days later received 2 completely different heaters which I could have purchased cheaper than the £88 I paid When I emailed a complaint they just didn't want to do anything about it and they had also changed their name toAvax.YOU CAN GET A BETTER DEAL ELSEWHERE WITH NO HASSLE ....Don't have anything to do with this advert

They sent me a cheap Chinese copy available on eBay for £15 which I can’t use as it’s rated for 120volts systems , I’ve emailed them five times to no avail , DO NOT BUY THIS IS A CON!.

This company masquerades as a 'family shop' in Queensland- Product arrived from China.
As it was an advent calendar to be sent on I couldn't check the product - which after having been sent to UK turned out to be cheap plastic- THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Is anything being done by Curalise. I have reported them to everyplace I know of. Absolute scam.

What actually arrived were cheap, flat, stamped plastic ornaments that look a bit like the ones in the photo but are definitely not made of glass and made in China, not lovingly handcrafted by a widow whose body is breaking down. What arrived wouln't be worth $5 while they were selling the "made" sea ornaments for over $50 each. Total hoax. Do NOT trust this seller.

I would use a negative number if I could. Curalise Sea Glass calendar is a complete scam. What they show vs what they ship is a complete waste and joke. They are crooks.
