Excellent service, thank you.

I used Foto.com as it is one of the only sites that offers a Birthday calendar (calendar that has no specific year so can be used over a longer period). The site is very basic with very few options for formatting - particularly within the date squares which was frustrating. Also, there is a small limit on the number of photos you can add for each page which means collage effects are unavailable. Overall, light years behind other sites.
In terms of customer service, there is noone to speak to and no online chat facility, just an email, which takes days and days between each response. There was a technical glitch which prevented me from adding a picture on a particular date apperture. I had to go back and forth by email response (I asked for a phone number, none was forthcoming). In the end, after literally weeks, the final response was - you will just have to start again. Hours of work literally wasted.
Final complaint, you have to download software onto your computer and then work on it off your computer. This means you cannot share the online version whilst working on it or once finished which was highly inconvenient. Honestly, if any other site would offer a birthday calendar, I would have switched.

On the positive side, once ordered, it came relatively quickly and with good tracking and updates.

Good print service. excellent quality-price. I won't say their quality is excellent regardless the price, but it's excellent overall (quality-price-rapidity in printing).

When I wanted to use the tracking i was sent a " page error" 404.

Order placed 02Jan for prints, as of 08Feb I still haven't received my order. FOTO have been very good in the past, but on this occasion they have fallen well below their normal level of service.

Bad service. I can not log my account and I can not catch my request .. They already do more than ten days I made the order and has not yet arrived.

The stated 13cm width is not true. It is 12.6cm, so a small portion of my images have been cropped and has ruined them.

Quick and friendly service from foto.com. Used them several times already and going to in the future!

Good product and well done in a short time

I have always ordered from FOTO.com, but was very dissapointed in this order. Not only was it over 2 weeks from when I placed the order to when it was received, the photos were not in the finish I requested, and they mixed up printing of the sizes.

And at the moment, January 21, I have not received my order. This is a very bad company character.
