Very good quality, good price, quick delivery

great quality and speedy service. Had an issue with the discount for new customers as it was emailed to me AFTER i had placed the order. but this was sorted after a few emails and refund received.

Tried to charge me more for each print than they were advertising! This is against trading rights! They gave me a code to input when I pointed this out, but it is still more! Taking my trade somewhere else!

Good price and quick service, however the downside is that if your photo size is bigger than 6 by 4 then rather than print the whole photo on a reduced scale they just cut off parts of the pic!

Fast delivery. Picture quality was very good.

Very easy to upload a large folder, edit and order. Speedily processed and delivered within 48 hours. Good quality prints even at eco level. Perhaps handling and delivery charges a bit high.

I was kept informed of progress and Foto did the best job possible re-producing my daffodil painting and turning it into a special birthday card.
I did find it slightly time-consuming putting the text into the appropriate space and had to re-do it several times to get it right. Too many choices of font and colour, etc !!!!! (But I will know how to get it right next time)

Easy / straight forward selection and ordering. Uploaded picture directly. Received regular updates on shipping. Product, a photo enlargement to 60x80cm, was sharp and with good colour. No problems at all.

Easy web site to use, fair price, delivered swiftly.

Good quality prints exactly as requested. Relatively quick delivery. Can customise printed text on back of each print. Also file name printed on back (although it was truncated). Effect of any cropping shown in browser (although you don't seem to be able to modify it). Wasn't sure what automatic enhancement might do so I turned it off. The prints required a bit of effort to put in order (there were a lot of them though). Will certainly use again,
