My experience was seemless. From the point of booking the scan till the end and getting the results. The staff Arjun made sure I assisted promptly with the process and was helpful along the way. I didn’t have to do anything at all than go for my scan. My radiographer was equally fantastic. I Would honestly recommend and definitely would use getscanned again and again. The service is great and they went above and beyond. Thank you.

Straightforwar, efficient and the Medical Professional was pleasanr and helpful

Quick to get an appointment, reasonable in price. Good comms from the customer experience team, Yatharth, the agent I interacted with was was professional and prompt! Only thing that could have been made clearer was the lead time on the report/results. I guess my expectation is that it would be done on the same day, but seems the standard is 3-5. That said, Yathart did offer to help expedite the reporting aspect.

I needed an ultrasound scan for my shoulder but was given a 18 - 26 week lead-time through the NHS and so decided to book a private one through GetScanned. The booking process on their website was quick and easy ... as was the follow-up GP telephone appointment for the referral. I managed to get a scan at a nearby GP Surgery in 9 days and the report and images were e-mailed to me by the close of business the same day. The communication of GetScanned, via both text messages and e-mail, was excellent throughout. Would definitely use again.

Easy to request and pay for the scan
When requesting a specific slot especially paying for next day as i understand there is no link between their booking system and the provider of the scan. Get scanned have to contact the provider and see when they have a slot. So initially I was offered a next day slot at a more distant provider although in the end the closest provider contacted me directly and booked me in. The price was cheaper than going direct with the scan provider and get scanned dont include an explanation of results from a clinician at the time of the scan but the report was sent to me on the next working day. I used and paid for the scan (echo) to avoid several weeks of anxiety while waiting for the NHS. The cost also includes a GP telephone slot to provide a referral. This was professional if seemingly uninterested in any details but their role is to write a letter not discuss likely causes of symptoms or whether other tests are needed. The provider Echomed and clinician were excellent. In summary I paid for and got a quick local scan with rapid results at less cost than booking direct with the provider and would use again if the need arose.

I was treated with respect and could not have wished for better treatment . I am 82 yo and I cannot begin to tell you just how much it meant to me . Also the young lady RICHA who has helped me through all this is a credit to the company !! Best wishes Tom Mills

Appalling service, booked a scan via their website, selected the date and time only to be called a few days later and told the earliest appointment is in three weeks. The man on the phone apologised for my confusion and said this happens often, I was then promised they would try to get me an earlier appointment but to date nothing and now I can't get anyone to respond toy request for my money back. Stay well away

This company should be called get scammed and not get scammed! You pay your money and pick a date to suit you which they cannot meet, despite me ringing to speak to someone beforehand and promised my scheduled date, they still made false promises and took my money. They have no way of knowing if the date you pick is available until you have had the telephone call with the GP and done the referral. Because I complained they then sent me to a completely different scan centre than the one i originally chose. Now on top of that I was promised results within 1-2 days. I am still waiting for results nearly a week later. I chose to pay privately because of the long wait on the nhs but because of all the delays my nhs scan is now only 3 days away anyway.

Appointment on Tuesday afternoon results first thing weds morning! Excellent. Only quibble was when I booked it was for a Saturday but after screening I was told we only do scans on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Apart from that first class. Highly recommended.

Made me feel so at ease. Needed to find out 100% what was wrong.
Nurses where wonderful, as was the doctor on the phone, and booking team.

I booked a appointment and had a MRI scan
I found the staff very helpful and one lady who’s name I don’t recall that explained the scan and process so kind helpful and made me feel very relaxed
I would 100% recommend, hopefully I won’t need another but if I ever do I will be sure to go back here
