I was contacted by Kate Kirszak during the summer for a job I had applied for previously.

She gave me a thorough explanation of the role and the company and managed to get me an interview. Once that was confirmed, she gave me links to the company website and an idea of possible topics of discussion so I could prepare.

She kept in touch with me throughout the whole process, promptly updating me on any feedback she received.

Once I was offered the job, she negotiated a good starting date for me which could accommodate my holidays' plans.

Kate was brilliant, amazing to talk with on a personal and professional job, she knows what she is doing and has great customer service. Above everything, I loved that she was on point with communication and never left me wondering.

I definitely recommend this company and Kate!

I started the day with no job, thanks to the wonderful Heather at Grafton Recruitment I am ending the day as an employee! Heather was absolutely brilliant every step of the way, she is so personable and bubbly it was like speaking to a friend from the very start. I said I would like this to be a quick process ideally and she then secured an interview for to take place on the same day! Heather was so supportive even offering to go through interview practise questions to ensure I was prepared. Small details such as good luck text prior to the interview showed me she really does care for the candidates and the outcomes as opposed to just filling spaces. I would 100% recommend Heather and Grafton Recruitment to anyone looking for employment. I hope Heather receives the recognition she deserves because she's fab!

Heather has been amazing, I don't usually use agencies to find myself a job, this is the first time I have and I can say 100% that this has been an amazing experience. Heather felt like more of a friend helping me get a new position instead of the usual cold recruitment agencies procedures in finding you a job. Heather, you are amazing!

I've had contact with several agencies during these difficult times and all have been helpful. Excellent experience from start to finish. I’ve never been recruited via an agency before, and would have usually have avoided applying for a job via an agency. Grafting have changed that. Sarah Perkin’s was fantastic in representing me through the application process and set my expectations well for what the organisation was looking for and what to expect from the process. Once successfully offered the role, despite a slow starter process from the employing organisation, Sarah kept pushing things along and kept me fully updated.

Would absolutely apply for roles via Grafton again.

Completely unexpected to get an interview for one of the first jobs I applied for. Heather was not only very helpful and very cheery during the process and more than happy to help with interview strategy! So good in fact I have sent my wife's CV to her to see if she can get my wife into a new role!
