Awful

Awful. Been paying since June 2023 and tried to claim for water damage on my phone they sent the phone back then 7 months later the phone was showing clear signs of water damage from previous claim. They refused to take my phone and said I should pay the excess again as a new claim, even after I explained that it was not fixed properly the first time.
Awful. Do not use this insurer.

Mobile Phone Claim

Never Ever buy Your Mobile Phone Insurance from this company, my friend had filed his insurance claim in Feb, it’s been 2 months almost and they have not given any kinda response, whenever my friend call them they are saying that your claim is under review, this is totally irresponsible thing, they are just wasting his time!
Totally unacceptable un fair behaviour from them!
