Avoid this company maybe this UK branch by all means. I had pending payouts. £35 two pending from different dates. Participated in live surveys which took weeks to complete reason why I had 2 pending payouts. Waited for more than a month but didnât get paid and then my account got blocked. Tried reaching out to customer service but no response till date. Useless people. After wasting my time and energy.
Terrible Toluna
Please do not subscribe to Toluna. They send so many emails re surveys but so far I havenât been eligible to fill any at all. Iâve tried to unsubscribe but doesnât work and still receive a tsunami of unwanted emails. I suspect they are just data harvesting and the surveys are non-existent therefore you will not make any money at all. Terrible company
Truly a scam
I wish I'd read the reviews for the UK branch of this company! Avoid this company - it's a scam. They waited until I had a ton of points saved up (accumulated over many hours of surveys!) and then blocked my account. When I asked why I was banned they refused to give me a reason. I read the code of conduct in great detail and I'm 100% sure I've not done anything wrong - which leads me to think this company is fraudulent and not worth your time. It's completely unethical to ban accounts without any motive.

I have written to the MRS the marketresearchscociety, and they said they dont touch Toluna as they are fully aware of their antics.They keep commenting on here to reply on a complaint mail that is closed.
Says it all really, a 1.5 star rating again says it all.
You do surveys earn vouchers/gift cards but dont expect to receive them. They appear to make money by being paid for your answers but you wont.

Toluna theft
About 3 months ago, stopped being able to take surveys and accessing my points for rewards. Only thing I was getting from so called customer disservice was, your problem has been resolved. No it wasn't. Eventually it just happened that I changed phone and was able to access a few surveys. Then it did the same again. Customer disservice is beyond a joke. Despite being with toluna for quite a few years, the only thing I've managed to get out of them is that there has been an anomaly on my account. How? Not a clue as all I've ever done is surveys and when I have enough points, take my rewards. This is theft. They have taken my time for no reward. I can't even find out how to take my complaint higher. Be warned. It makes no difference if you've been a loyal customer or not. They will still treat you like dirt.

Rubbish site, once you are flagged with using VPN you will never be able to do the survey again. And the customer service is only repeating the same thing saying that they can't help bla bla bla.
