The warranty registration for my new Cleannova W9 vacuum cleaner was a little bit complicated as the QR-code was not functioning correctly. The customer service team was of great help (friendly and quick responses).

5 étoiles surtout pour mon expérience avec l'assistance au clients de Vactidy. J'avais acheté un robot W15 en promo Black Friday à la fin de novembre et il semblait super joli: puissance d'aspiration de 10,000, large batterie, aspiration turbo sans sachet pour plusieurs jours,simple à nettoyer. Malheureusement le robot est arrivé avec un gros problème: il ne se rechargeait pas sur sa base. Il a été très facile de contacter le même jour l'assistance de Vactidy et de recevoir leur réponses presque immédiate. Ils m'ont guidé pour le retour gratuit du robot et ils ont promptement envoyé une substitution, qu'il est arrivée dans une semaine. Ce nouveau robot semble marcher très bien. De plus, il ne fait pas beaucoup de bruit même s'il a une aspiration très forte.
Chapeau au service client de cette marque. J'espère que rien d'autre va passer mais il est bien de pouvoir compter sur une réponse rapide et de forte aide.

I eventually bought it when I saw a price drop on Amazon, and I felt the price was fair. I'm in love with it now! Only putting a star ‘cause I have to. Terrible product. Falsely listed in their website. Blitz v12 vacuum + washer. It’s not a washer. Vacuum only. Customer services are a bot. Saying as it’s not a problem with the product I have that I need to cover cost of return. I am not happy with that as it clearly is a problem with the machine not being what they said it is. Will update when i hear from them again.

I ordered through them and my product was broken. After being unable to repair I asked for a full refund, which they agreed to via email. I returned the product and the next contact I had from them was to say it had been repaired and on its way back to me. I advised I asked for a full refund. They told me (with no apology) to refuse the parcel when it arrived. I was not in when the parcel was delivered, it was left at my back door ( which I didn’t permit to) and by time I got to it it was no longer sitting outside my home, so it’s missing.

Vactidy are no longer answering my emails so I will not be seeing my refund.

Do not buy from them

I purchased the robotic hoover and mop. Very impressed with the item. I also contacted Vactidy to register the year guarantee. Excellent response time and delivery of item.
