Advancing the health of animals with those who care for them every day, so we can all live better together. This is our purpose. Established by vets, dedicated to animal health In 1968, Pierre-Richard Dick, a vet from Nice, drew upon his training at the Pasteur Institute, an internationally renowned centre for biomedical research, and founded Virbac. His desire was to provide vets, farmers and pet owners worldwide with a set of innovative solutions to fight and protect against animal diseases. More than 55 years later and we remain an independent business. Supported by a team of in-house vets, we're moving forward together to shape the future of animal health. As animal health experts we know that nutrition is a pillar of preventive medicine and an essential means of ensuring good pet health. So, our vet nutritionists formulated VETERINARY HPM® to be high in protein, low in carbohydrates and packed with nutritional benefits that promote the health and quality of life of our pets. Our range of dog and cat healthcare products provide owners with solutions for their pets' everyday needs. Whether itâs dental care, joint support, hygiene or calming solutions, weâve got you and your furry companion covered. We donât just talk a good talk, our products are award-winning too!

Hearing that your cat loves VETERINARY HPM and that her tummy has completely settled is great.

A big hit
My Golden Shepherd pup was being a bit picky about what she would eat. At a visit to the vets for her vaccination she was given a handful of Virbac as a treat and she loved it so a bag was ordered and the bowl is cleared at almost all mealtimes. Registering and ordering on the site was easy and delivery was quick with no issues. All round a great experience and will be setting up a subscription soon.

I Like that my order is deliveredâŠ
I Like that my order is delivered really quickly. I ordered Thursday midmorning and it said 1-2 days. I had received it by 2pm Friday. Some companies say next day delivery but it's not always the case. Very happy.

Fantastic product and a lovely company
Fantastic product and a lovely company.
I was subscribed to Virbac for their digestive support wet food for my elderly dog with bowel problems. The mousse like texture was nice and soft for his teeth and the higher calorie count helped to keep the weight on him as he was eating less with his digestion issues.
Sadly we only got to try Virbac for a few months before he died. We forgot to cancel the subscription and Virbac were great about it, they refunded the last delivery and sent a card in the post with some forget me not seeds. It was a lovely personal touch.
I would whole heartedly recommend them and their products.

A COMPLETE DISASTER
The company can improve by changing delivery company DPD for twice delivered my cat food onceI still don'tknow to who the secondtime to my next-door neighbour that I barely know insisting it was delivered to a black door at my address where there isen't a black door there is a black gate and you need to ring the videodoorbell in order for me to open it and there is not trace of a y DPD courier ringhing my videodoorbell the worse of it is that i'm in 24/7
I would expect a better delivery from a such prestigious company

Thank you for your honest feedback.
We are sorry to hear of your delivery experience when purchasing from Virbac. We take issues like this seriously and have raised a formal investigation with DPD to ensure it is addressed.
As noted in our private correspondence, we regret that we were unable to reach an outcome that met your expectations.

Thank you again for your support, and we look forward to seeing you again soon!
The product is great. BUT need new courier service!
The product is great a little expensive but that's OK our cat loves it .
HOWEVER, the thing that is not good is the company they use for delivery DPD they charge £20 to deliver to a town that is the biggest white fish port in the UK and next to the city that is the oil capital of Europe with over 5,000 delivery lorries entering and leaving said town per day PETERHEAD. WE are MAINLAND UK. Hence will not be using again untill they source a better courier service . A SHAME CAUSE PRODUCT IS GOOD!!!!!

Dear Neil,
Thank you for your honest feedback. We are so glad to hear that your cat is loving VETERINARY HPM.
We also hear your frustration loud and clear regarding the delivery charges to Peterhead. Please know that we've passed your feedback onto our third party logistics company for review. While these charges are set by the courier rather than Virbac, we have taken your feedback seriously. We truly appreciate your honesty.
