Der Yard Force MÀhroboter hinterlÀsst einen enttÀuschenden Eindruck. Er bleibt hÀufig stecken und grÀbt sich in den Boden, was den MÀhvorgang stört und oft unterbricht. Zudem ist die Bedienung Ìber die App nahezu unbrauchbar. Besonders Àrgerlich ist, dass der MÀhroboter nicht eigenstÀndig zur Ladestation zurÌckkehrt, sondern einfach stehen bleibt.
Nach gerade einmal zwei Jahren versagt der Akku, und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, diesen unkompliziert auszutauschen. Stattdessen mÃŒsste das gesamte GerÀt auseinander genommen werden, was fÃŒr die meisten Nutzer kaum machbar ist. Der Kundenservice von Yard Force ist ebenfalls nicht ÃŒberzeugend â es werden zwar Tickets erstellt, doch auf RÃŒckmeldungen wartet man vergeblich.
Auch wenn der MÀhroboter preislich attraktiv scheint, ist er fÌr eine Lebensdauer von nur zwei Jahren schlicht zu teuer. Eine klare Kaufempfehlung kann hier nicht gegeben werden. Lieber die Finger davon lassen.

Een jaar geleden een accumaaier gekocht. Na een jaar - binnen garantietermijn - deed de maaier het niet meer. Na contact met de âserviceâdesk is de maaier opgehaald ter reparatie/vervanging. Dat was ruim twee maanden geleden. Daarna niks meer gehoord, ondanks navraag bij âserviceâdesk. Niet goed: blijkbaar slecht product en geen service cq nakoming garantie-afspraken!

I bought a Yardforce mower 2 years ago and it has been the worst piece of equipment of any type I have ever bought. I am 62,years old.
Initially the battery was fine and lasted the 30 minutes it took to cut my lawn but within a few weeks it was only lasting 20. Its lifespan rapidly deteriorated and I attempted to complain. Trying to get through by phone proved impossible but I managed to register a complaint online that received attention and they sent me a new battery. The same thing happened. They then sent me a new charger and a third battery which lasted a year but is now rapidly deteriorating and only lasted 10 minutes today. I have given up on it and will get great pleasure in taking it to the recycling centre and throwing it in the skip. I donât believe this company should be allowed to trade, it is simply selling ânot fit for purpose goodsâ.

I bought a Yard Force LM G37A CordlessâŠ
I bought a Yard Force LM G37A Cordless Mower from Amazon in May 2023. Great product but it has one major failing in the GR40V battery. Last summer 2023 the battery would last around 15 mins after a full charge which was OK for me to easily cut my front lawn but this summer the battery has been lasting only around 5 mins and has now deteriorated to only last 1 or 2 minutes at very best. When the battery is now put on charge, it shows a fully charge green light within one minute. It is a great mower but is badly let down by a shockingly poor battery performance. Hence the reason for 1 star.
Update on 03/10/24 - Since my initial review above, the Yard Force service team have since contacted me and sent me a replacement battery so many thanks to them for that kind gesture. I now have a fully working cordless mower.

Zum GlÃŒck war der EasyMow 260 B nur ein Geschenk zur Hochzeit! Nach der ersten Saison geht alles in den MÃŒll! Ich kann dieses Objekt nicht ohne groÃe Bauchschmerzen weitergeben.
1.(W): Hindernisse erkennen? Null! Macht alles platt, was nicht eingegrenzt ist!
2.(T): Ladezeiten sind sehr lang. Manche Stellen mÀht er stÀndig, andere eher selten. Dadurch muss er öfter gestartet werden.
3.(F): Die Krönung ist die CloudHawk App-Steuerung. Ich habe nie Updates bekommen - trotz Suche. Seit heute funktioniert die App gar nicht mehr. Das heiÃt, jegliche Daten (Akkustand, Arbeitsfortschritt, Zeitplan, etc.) sind nicht mehr einseh- oder programmierbar. Ich schalte lieber auf Handsteuerung um, als die App wieder neu zu installieren fÃŒr den Rest des Jahres.
Kurz um: Das Ding fliegt raus. Sehr schade!

Battery short life resolved in quick order
Bought a Yardforce battery mower 11 months ago. The battery will not fully charge and lasts about 15 minutes. Will only charge to 3 lights on the display it wont illiminate the 4th fully charged light no matter how long it is charged for. Initially would cut my lawn twice over, now will only cut about half. (50sq. Mtr lawn).
I have read lots of threads and there are many 2nd hand Yardforce mowers out there all with no battery. This tells the tale. However on contacting the supplier my problem was very quickly resolved with a new battery in shipment. Great support Yardforce, despite my initial reservations.

A product like edging strimmers are useless if you canât get spare parts. Though Yardforce give the (recorded) voice impression that they are going to fix your problem really quick this is not the case . Just you try and get a spare spool of cutting line for their strimmer . For me after 90 minutes on internet and including another call to Yardforce to be told they are going to solve the problem really quick âŠI give up .

Diabolical website and customer service
Tried to order just a battery charger on the website. Put in all the details, went to paypal, then it asked me for all the details again, 4 times.
Made a phone call, (trying to find a phone number on the website was like finding a needle in a haystack) told them the story. After 25 minutes of speaking to a young lady (obviously not trained in customer service) asked me to repeat details, three times, the order was placed. Gave her my card details, didn't go through. Told her there was no reason why it wouldn't, she tried another two times insisting my card number was wrong. No worries, she said, I'll get customer service to call you back immediately. Three hours later, I was still waiting so called them back. Spoke to a young man, who was obviously hard of hearing as I had to repeat my details twice. While I was waiting five minutes for him to 'check something' I looked at the Trustpilot reviews. Saw how diabolical they were, so canceled the order and bought a new hedgetrimmer somewhere else.

If I could have given this thing zero stars, I would have done so.
Getting the battery out for charges is impossible unless you have the hands and the strength of a silver back gorilla. As a female, I stand no chance. Friends who tried, too, found it incredibly hard. Bad design. Not at all user friendly.
Changing blades isn't much easier.
The instructions are a joke. I'd certainly not buy that badly designed product again.

Donât waste your money.
Bought a YardForce mower and strimmer last year that use the same battery. After a year the battery now lasts a grand total of 25 seconds and requires a good 8 hours charge to then cut for 25 seconds again. Initial contact with customer services was positive and they promised to send a new battery. After this didnât arrive they told me it had been lost in transit and theyâd send another one. That also hasnât arrived and my emails are being ignored. I can see that this is a common thread. These batteries are not fit for purpose. I now have a mower and strimmer that are useless to me and I need to invest in new equipment after just over a year of use. Avoid this company at all costs.

Yard Force NX 60i, nicht ausreichend Wasserdicht
Beim Verbinden mit der App habe ich sehr viele Stunden gebraucht und war letztendlich erfolglos.
Die MÀhleistung war auch ohne App einstellbar und zufriedenstellend. Jedoch nach etwas Ìber 3 Monate nach dem Kauf ist durch Regen Wasser ins Innere gekommen, sodass der MÀhroboter einen Defekt erlitt.
Aldi hat sich nach der 90 Tage Frist aus der Reklamation rausgehalten und an den Hersteller verwiesen.
Beim Hersteller hat es als Antwort nur ein Ticket gegeben und keine weiteren Reaktionen. Ist jetzt auch schon 8 Wochen her.
Habe mich jetzt noch fÃŒr den Postweg entschieden. Mal sehen ob die sich dem Sachverhalt stellen.
Meiner Meinung nach ist ein Stern noch zu viel und von Aldi ist es auch eine schwache Leistung keine Hilfestellung zu geben um sich mit 90 Tage aus der GewÀhrleistung zu ziehen.

So we got in touch. I was told to do this, do that which I did only to be told itâs over a year old so no new battery even though they admitted the batch of batteries were faulty- judging by the comments on this site, they ALL seem to be faulty . So the moral of this tale is unless you just want to pay a couple of hundred quid for a lawnmower for one year donât bother with this poorly designed piece of junk. In the bin it goes and itâs where it belongs. Shame I canât put the whole shoddy company in there with it but hopefully theyâll get their comeuppance. By the way I replaced the junk with a Webb and its chalk and cheese, real quality and some power too, impressive. Just donât bother with Yardforce. Awful product, awful service, awful company. AVOID ! ðð»
So theyâve come back with another reply stating the same thing as last time. Been down this road with them before with absolutely no progress but it makes a shoddy company look like theyâre trying but they refused to help last time so why bother?

Zwei baugleiche YardForce NX60i beim Aldi Online Shop gekauft. Einer funktioniert nicht mehr, Aldi verweist an den Hersteller. Dieser benötigt 6-8 Wochen, um eine RÌckmeldung abzugeben, was mit dem GerÀt nicht in Ordnung ist. Wie lange die Reparatur im Anschluà benötigt - unbekannt. Die Saison wird vorbei sein, bis ich den MÀher wieder einsetzen kann. Das werden meine letzten KÀufe bei yard Force und Aldi online gewesen sein.
