Just a warning to everyone, i saw people writing about how you can never take your redrawal of money from this tenobet, i thought was just hate against the site, but i just won and they started telling me stories about how i cannot take my money back, believe dont even try this site otherwise you will regret your whole life word to the wise is enough!!!

Absolutely shocking, I won €3000 and they found multiple regulations I broke using a bonus on the wrong games etc, they took days to verify my account then the refused to pay me out, blacklisted my email, closed my account and there is no phone number I can use to get in contact, a scam in the biggest degree stay well well away.

TENOBET which appears to have a bunch of different names on the internet is DODGY; do not waste your money or time on their website as they will always find excuses to deny your payment or even confiscate your winnings.

They kept my 900€ stating that my deposit payment hasn’t gone through. My questions to them are as follows:

1. Why did they let me place bets?

2. Why did they decide to keep the whole amount of money made by me?

3. Did someone else from the company just decided to pocket the money without even informing the top manager(s)?

Sorry guys but it doesn't take 4 weeks to get a packet of crossbow bolts. Never again. BTW I'm still waiting.

I made and paid my order a month ago.
I still haven't received anything and they don't answer any of my emails.
For the moment, I can only describe them as thieves...

We pre ordered 26th June 2020 we are still waiting! We got text message saying it had been shipped! That was nearly a month ago. I have rang and left answer messages.... I GOT NO ANSWER! I emailed... I GOT NO ANSWER! First time buyer from this store. The item was £260.95 we have nothing too show for it! We have contacted the police and action fraud team. We have also contacted paypal. The customer service has been crap! You would think you would get a bloody reply! So angry as this was supposed too be a suprised father day and birthday present for my father! If they was an option for NO STARS they wouldn't be even getting ONE! ONE IS BEEN DAMN RIGHT GENEROUS!!!!

U sent notification of payment and dispatch but will not get back to me re delivery. Concerned this is a scam. No return phone numbers and reply email is a site developers / sellers site so no access to u to enquire.

Took money and then closed down the website and stopped communicating.

got scammed. never received my order and the support never contacted me back

false web page all other reviews on here are fake .. stay away as they take your money then close page on you not even uk based in california usa under investigation for fruad.

Waited for months with minimal contact at the beginning then no response towards the end, then the website disappeared!

Avoid at all costs. PayPal refunded me luckily!

I ordered a crossbow and heared nothing then I start to worry so I email them phone call the. even message them on Facebook then I get a email say or txt that are order has been shipped but not received nothing try to get on website and that is down they don't answer the phone or nothing they don't even respond via Facebook also so now I've got my bank looking into it now and hopefully it get sorted

I have now been waiting for over two months to receive my order, five days ago I received an email from yourselves saying that my order was on its way but I still have no idea when this will arrive. Please confirm a delivery date for this order.

I have emailed several times recently with no answer what so ever. I got a text over a week ago to say my item had been dispatched which I paid over night delivery for and still don’t have the item!! Terrible customer service

The item still hasn't arrived, was purchased on the 22nd of September paid £6.99 for 24hr delivery but still no sign. Took the money but no stock! So it seems. No contact via email from the seller.

If they ever resurface avoid this company like the plague!
I'm the latest customer to have been defrauded.
I paid via Paypal for goods that never turned up, Paypal are dealing with this issue.
No tracking number sent but a notification of dispatch, presumably to buy himself a few more days. Upon clicking on the track your order link you're presented with a dead storefront webpage. The company owner and his communication skills have disappeared much like my goods, into thin air.
I've used UKArcheryshop a few times previously with mixed results. But things seemed to improve.
This last order was only secured by the retailer's offer of free postage which I should have seen as a red flag. To charge postage cost for deliveries that aren't even being sent would have taken the absolute biscuit, never mind the initial dishonesty and thievery by 'Christopher Robin'... Yes perhaps another glaring red flag.
He's a low life scumbag.
