I lost money with these company!Product delivered broke down and never been replaced!Do not recommend any of these products!

Price started at £1.69 per item, form very small kids temporary tattoos. Then ebay added buyer protection not needed, then delivery tracking charge, again certainly not needed. Taking total charge to £3.89, ridiculous, fel ripped off and will not be purchasing again

Returned a faulty item bought off Amazon. Even with official Royal Mail tracking proof they have received it back, have not issued refund after 2 weeks. Had to involve Amazon to get my money back. Definitely avoid.

I would give this company a zero if this was an option. I ordered a fan heater from them through Amazon. It arrived broken, I had to request a prepaid postage label to return, I had then to send them pictures. They have had it returned and are yet to send me my refund. Some rubbish about it being processed and then they will get to the next step. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered the heater from Amazon on the 7th January an paid extra to have it delivered next working day. As I have hypothermia
The item is due today from yodel - 10th January
.I constantly sent messages to the seller via Amazon with no response not even an apology. Then today the 10th they copy and paste the yodel tracking details to me. Telling me info I already know as I've had to contact yodel desperate for help.

Disgraceful customer service

i ordered monte Montblanc Explorer Eau de Parfum 100ml on the 18/12/24 and took my money on the same day, still has not been dispatched to this day 30/12/24, ive tried to ring this company many times over days and all you get is answer machine also there chat app and no answer...email swell and no reply to getting a refund..id never use this company again.. it feels like a con or scam.

My requests and questions never went unanswered regularly chasing for updates on my behalf
