My order never arrived

My order never arrived. I had an email on 9 June 2020 to confirm dispatch When I queried its whereabouts on 19 June, I had a reply from the company to say they were sorry to hear about it and would look into it and respond asap. I emailed for an update on 26 June as I had heard nothing further. I used Paypal resolution service and received my refund on 29 July.

Thank you for your feedback. As per our discussion via email the tinctures you purchased listed the strength on the page you purchased from, so these were clearly as advertised Your feedback does seem rather unfair as you did not read the description before purchasing.

I'm not sure how much more information we could have added to the page. The product common & latin name as well as the strength and bottle size are all clearly stated.

As with any product purchased and inline with our T&C you were of course free to return these to us for a full refund if they were unopened and in their original condition.

If you would like to return these then please raise a ticket on our website where one of our team will be more than happy to guide you through the return process.

Tincture w:v ratio disappointingly poor

First time using this supplier. My regular supplier for tinctures had little to no stock because of C-19 and I had no root material at home to make my own, so I was forced to seek an alternative. I ordered 2 x Ashwangadha, 2 x Echinacea and 1 x Elderberry from UKherbals.

Pros:
Website is great and easy to navigate, with very little out of stock items. Order confirmation was immediate and delivery was expedient. Items were safely packaged, with no excess waste material.

Cons:
Tinctures extremely weak. W:V ratio poor and lacking potency. I would not order again from this supplier.

HI,

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to keep every strength of every tincture in stock due to the large stock numbers we would have to keep maintained. We do keep the most popular strengths in stock however and can supply stronger on request.

Each tincture listed on our website does clearly state the strength of the tincture on each page to enable customers to make an informed decision as to whether that particular tincture is the correct strength for them before purchasing.

We would also have accepted these as returns if you found upon receipt that they were not suitable for you as long as they were unopened.

We will be offering a 'Super Strength' version of our most popular tinctures once the current outbreak has passed and we are able to function at full capacity so maybe don't write us off just yet...
