Excellent customer service and communication. Getting started with LoRaWAN technology on my sheep farm was a scary prospect but UKIoT store had everything I needed in terms of products and product support to get me going.

With any new technology you need support and help. UKIOT have been excellent in the level of support that they've given, allowing us to move forward more swiftly than we'd anticipated.

I ordered a module from UKIoT, which arrived very quickly. As I needed some help with it I contacted an engineer from UKIoT. He invited me to the office and helped me set it up. He even gave me some additional equipment for my project! I was impressed. Thank you!

We required the urgent simultaneous shipment of IoT components to three locations (UK, Southern Africa and West Africa). We were professionally assisted in the selection of the components, were kept abreast of the progress of the shipment, and the items were fairly priced. UKIoT are on our Preferred Suppliers list.
