I have been using UK loupes now for 3 years. Amazing quality loupes at an affordable price. Great customer service too.

I purchased some loupes a while ago and have been incredibly happy with them and the service provided by this company.
Nothing is too much trouble for Will he responds promptly to any issues straight away.
Fantastic products with fantastic aftercare even now that my loupes are out of warranty too!

great communication sorting everything out

I met UK Loups at Dental Showcase. I was then newly qualified hygienist, and wanted to start using loups but worried that if my glasses prescription change, then I would need to have a new pair of loups too. UK Loups offered great design with detacheable glasses part, which is very easy to replace. And at an affordable price. I have my loups for 4 years now, wear them 5 days a week, and they are lightwieght, and easy to use. All these years my dealings with the company were great pleasure - their customer service is amazing: always friendly and respectful, genuinely willing to help.

It’s not often that I leave a five star review, however the build quality, price and after sales service would have me leaving a 5+ star service. I’ve been a client of UK Loupes for 15 years now after trying many other forms of magnification. I first begun With magnification in about 1989 with the simple flipper the jewellers use. I bought my first loops in the mid 90s and replaced a number of pairs which were always so heavy. Having discovered UK Loupes about 15 years ago I’ve had two pairs which with small repairs are still serviceable today. A 3.5 and a 4.5 magnification which are more than adequate for my general and specialist work. I am happy to recommend them to colleagues either just starting their Dental journey, And those like me towards the end of the Dental journey. Many thanks to the guys in Bristol, at the end of the phone with advice and service.

Amazing service - thank you. I have been so impressed how well I have been looked after by Will at UK Loupes. I have an old pair of Surgitel flip ups that needed some spare parts and repairs. Will couldn't have been more helpful in terms of emails and what's apps, then sending out exactly what I needed and when I was struggling with them, being kind enough to fit all the necessary components for me. All this for such a small sale! There are a lot of dental loupes on the market but I have found Surgitels to be such good quality but more importantly I would have not hesitation recommending UK Loupes. Ukloupes are such a lovely company with lovely affordable loupes, I was fortunate enough to win a giveaway for some loupes and so glad I did, they’re super comfortable to wear all day and the battery lasts on them. I think they’re good quality loupes for a very good price. They’re always on hand to answer any questions and always very helpful, will definitely purchase another pair and recommend.

Really wonderful customer service from Will and Jen on purchasing FLM ergodeflection loupes. They have been very helpful and so responsive with any queries/issues. Would definitely recommend Surgitel/UK loupes!
