Fantastic experience had problem with loupes got sorted with effciency and speed

The team are very helpful
Excellent products
I am using the loupes and lights for many years with no issues

Really happy with the loupes I received, at times it was hard to get in touch with the team via WhatsApp/ email, however, the end product works well!

Consumate professionals! superb service from start to finish. Build quality brilliant and incredible value compared to the vastly more expensive American and European companies. After care was just excellent, not that I really needed it, but friendly and easy communication via phone and WhatsApp to provide reassurance. Choose home grown UK businesses!

I was looking for loupes for a while and I had some poor experiences with some other companies regarding fitting and I was starting to loose faith. The ukloupes team representing SurgiTel were exceptional. The loupes were fitted to perfection and I love them. I will not be using any other company or loupes brand for the rest of my career.

Brilliant long term follow up after a battery malfunction.
Very prompt service in sending the replacement

I’ve been using my loupes from UKloupes for 3 years now. Great value for money, does the job, have no regrets going with UKloupes. Customer service has also been great with good chat response and have sent me replacements for parts. Would recommend!

I got in touch with UK loupes on WhatsApp for help using a third party light unit with loupes I'd bought UK loupes some years ago. They were very helpful and offered a quick an easy solution. Would recommend to anyone!

I bought my loupes around 7 years ago as a student on a budget and I'm still use them at work. They came to my uni to measure and fit the loupes, they are very comfortable and lightweight. The battery for lights lasts for a long time without having to recharge. They have excellent customer service. If you have any questions or need help they get back to you straight away. You can easily get in touch on whats app. Highly recommend UKLoupes.

Been using their loupes for few years now. Excellent service and quality. Always at hand to help out with any issues no matter how small. Good value for money compared to other companies. Would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant product and service. Excellent value for money. These were my first pair of loupes and they have massively enhanced my practice. The magnification and lighting enable fantastic visualisation.

Bought my first pair of loupes from UKLoupes about 7 months ago. The loupes have been amazing. Comfortable, lightweight and great vision. The buying process was seamless and the customer care is 5 star.
My wire for the light stopped working and I was sent a new one by them, free of charge.
I definitely recommend them. Good price for amazing quality.

Bought my loupes a few years ago as a student and they are still going strong, never had any issues with the loupes themselves or the light. Needed some new nose pads and couldn't find the correct ones in the website so I emailed and got a response straight away. The correct nose pads were sent to me the next day. Great quick service.

A trustable and professional organisation which we recommend to everyone!

The customer service is great and the response to any issues is very prompt

Great service and quick response time. They also sent me out a new attachment for my loupes free of charge!
