With insurance claims, it can be a very sensitive topic, especially when your home is involved. However, my experience with UK Property Claims was exceptional, and I would highly recommend them with complete confidence. From start to finish, everything was clear, transparent, and handled with care.

I would like to share my appreciation for Damian at UK Property Claims. From the very beginning of my escape of water claim, he was professional, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me updated throughout the entire process, explained each step clearly, and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel manageable. It takes a long time (almost 6-8 months) to resolve the claim, but it slowly coming together. We disagree with the amount the insurance wants to pay out, so it was resolved by getting independent surveyor, complaint process and our kitchen floor has now been retiled. Now waiting for little snags to be resolved.
