UK Rapid Removals レビュー

Used UK Rapid Removals for our move to Edinburgh. Throughout the quote and booking process the communication was frequent, considerate and helpful. The guys doing the move on the day were professional, diligent and keen to make sure items were left where they should be. Have absolutely no complaint about the service in any part of the process and really appreciate the stress it alleviated. Would definitely recommend.

These guys were AMAZING. They made our whole move so stress free and easy. We were so worried as we were on a top floor flat and had lots of stuff but all the guys made the process seamless. We’d recommend these guys to everyone!! Thanks so much xxx

Definitely 5 stars!! Communication from the start was concise with Jazz and Daisy constantly keeping me updated with costs and availability as my move date kept changing. The team of Daniel, Shannon, Steven and Ashley arrived on time and they were so professional and friendly and even wrapped several items that I had not included. I had dreaded getting a sofa out as it was awkward but it was not a problem for them they moved it no time. I have already booked them for another move later this year. Moving is such a stressful affair but they helped me so much it was one less thing to worry about! Thanks team you were brilliant!

Due to a kitchen refit we moved long stored items from our garage to a local storage facility. After prompt and helpful communication by mainly WhatsApp the items were moved without fuss by a pleasant young man who clearly knew what he was doing. Arrived with a clean Luton van promptly and was knowledgeable about the storage facility which helped. Seemed to make quick and light work of carefully stacking our items. Would recommend.

The help packing was very good and took a lot off my shoulders. I was also impressed by the move itself , getting myself and my containers to my new flat and the speed of stowing and then at other end unloading

I found all the staff very friendly and helpful

The team were excellent. Very professional and polite with a great sense of humour and patience. Shannon and Daniel assisted us with your move from London to Somerset and they were a very calming and friendly presence, which was a huge blessing as my partner and I were feeling a lot of initial stress with our moving preparation!

The company were efficient, easy to contact and communicated with us fully. My partner and I have no concerns and would wholeheartedly recommend their service to others!

Excellent service from the team, from the initial quote right through to the day of loading and unloading on move day.

Very professional, polite and helpful which helped ease the stress of moving. I highly recommend them for any packing or removal job!

An excellent experience throughout, from my first enquiry to final delivery. The removal guys were fast, efficient and friendly. The whole service was highly professional. I wholeheartedly recommend Rapid Removals.

The removal team were amazing! Such a friendly bunch of lads, nothing was too much trouble. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Very professional and helpful from start to finish. Very helpful administration team in setting the move up and quick to answer any questions. Plus the removal team were polite, friendly and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble and they did everything with a smile. Would highly recommend.

I would absolutely recommend this company. So polite, very friendly, they don’t call themselves rapid for no reason. Ha! Absolutely amazing experience with you guys. They offer a range of helpful services and are very efficient. Also took extra care of my things. Thank you for EVERYTHING! Very much appreciated. 💛

I can highly recommend this company, they fitted round the schedule I had.
They were hard working, thoughtful and cheerful.
I had to reschedule there services several times due to circumstances beyond my control and they were very accomodating and helpful with suggestions that could solve the issues raised moving my mother from Sussex to Wales.

Highly recommended
Brilliant team to help with my removals could not fault this wonderful company from start to finish they pull out all the full stops and go the extra mile for you I would use them again and totally recommend them to anyone that is moving.

On what is usually considered to be a very stressful day, my moving day was smooth and without stress. Thanks to Dan, Daisy and the team, who arrived promptly when they said they would, and were quick and so very helpful. It also helped that they are all such friendly people, really easing any stress. I definitely recommend them.

Great service, very friendly and on the day everything went smoothly and faultless. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!!

Fantastic service. The guys really went the extra mile, greatly appreciate and highly recommended

I highly recommend this company. Reliable, friendly, calm and did a great job. Would not hesitate in recommending and in fact already have done to family and friends. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Every person I met from this UK Rapid removals were amazing from the moment I called, to the in person quote and the packing and move itself.

We were incredibly impressed with Rapid Removals : from the initial phone calls to the visit by Daisy to assess how much stuff we had (a lot!) to the actual moving day itself last autumn. All the removal men were very professional, courteous and careful with our belongings and made sure that everything was as we wanted it before they left.

We used UK Rapid Removals for our house move. We found them to be very professional and friendly.
We were really impressed with the service they provided us and would highly recommend them.

This is the first time I have moved and I did not know what to do or expect. UK Rapid Removals took all the worry away, from the first phone call with Daisy to the team that packed up and took everything to the new place everything ran smoothly. I commend the removal guys who carried all the furniture up to the third floor with a smile on their faces even though it was heavy lifting. I feel they went above and beyond to make the experience as stress free as it could be. I would definitely recommend to anyone that asked as I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to all the team.
