Charity inflatable / running event
Fun running event, well organised and with a good range of inflatables for all of us (kids and adults). Plus the essential coffee/hot food/ice cream facilities at the end!

Running event done properly
I have participated in several running events by Run Rebel at different locations. I’ve found all of them to be really well organised. Easy to follow tracks, great Marshalls and plenty of support along the way. Their customer service is top drawer and they responded to any enquiries really quickly even over the weekend. I will see you at the next one.

Jurassic coast trail run - What a fantastic experience!
I recently completed the Jurassic coast trail run. I just wanted to thank all the volunteers and organisers, everyone was really friendly and welcoming. It was an amazing event. They sent out all the necessary information prior to the race which was really helpful for someone not local. I would love to do it again next year.

Great Event
The New Forest Half Marathon was a great experience. Well organised despite all of the difficulties faced with the bad weather. A great course, good marshalls and a great goody bag and medal at the end. Would highly recommend this. Looking forward to doing it again. Thank you UK Running Events.

Been to 2 events so far
Been to 2 events so far. The Sussex Downs and Winchester Trail. The experience has always been good. I get there earlier than usual and they're already set up. The course marking and marshalling is also great. The pink signage stands out better than the standard yellow so you're never in doubt about whether you're going the wrong way. The treats both free and paid for afterwards are a nice bonus. Not too keen about paying for photos afterwards but that's my opinion. I am happy with the price compared to similar distances I have run organised by other companies.

Great first running event

Winchester Trail run - Fantastic
Second year doing the Winchester Trail Run. I’ve now done both distances and both are absolutely fantastic courses. Really well signed, and really varied terrain that makes the course more interesting and fun.
Staff on the day as so welcoming. On hand to help park, check in and help with all enquiries as well as the Marshalls on the course being supportive.
Fantastic event and company.

Excellent and professional, and real humans on the other end of the phone, non of this robotic script reading or hard rules to abide by, I signed up to 5 races, due to injury couldn’t make to and the process to change races was easy, stress free and quick. Thank you very much

BrighTEN run is not as advertised
In January 2025, I finished third in UK Running Events' BrighTEN Seafront run event. It was advertised as a 10K but the race distance (as measured by mine and other runners’ GPS watches) was 10.3km. This may sound like a small thing but for runners, it’s massive - in my case it meant I didn’t get the PB time I’d spent weeks training for.
At the time, I emailed the company to complain. To avoid paying a refund, they tried to claim the event was advertised as 10.3km. To show this was false, I shared screenshots from their event website quoting the event distance as 10.0km with the decimal .0 (in the event name, logo, on its homepage, and on the results page).
Eventually a man who may be the company owner messaged me to apologise, saying “I will ensure the 10.3km distance is crystal clear next year” and offering me a free place.
Unfortunately however, I can see that the 2026 event (due to take place on Sunday 18 January) is again very prominently advertised as being 10.0km. I messaged the company to ask if the distance will genuinely be 10.0km and they say it’s being advertised as 10.2km, which isn't true.
I’m really frustrated that it sounds like a) the company have disregarded mine and other runners’ disappointment from last year and b) are knowingly misadvertising the event as being 10.0km, to boost sales.

We’re sorry that you remain frustrated about the BrighTEN event and appreciate the opportunity to respond.
Our team has attempted to engage with you on multiple occasions. We replied several times to your comments on our social media posts, offering for a member of the team to contact you directly to discuss this matter. Unfortunately, those comments were repeatedly deleted by you before a conversation could take place. We have also responded to your emails regarding the course distance.
You placed at our previous event, which we congratulated you for at the time, and you were gifted finisher prizes in recognition of your result. As a further gesture of goodwill, we also offered you a complimentary entry.
To clarify, the BrighTEN event has never been advertised as a measured or officially certified 10km course, and we have never claimed it to be such. Last year, due to unavoidable improvement works to the promenade at Black Rock, the course route had to be adjusted slightly. This was explained to you at the time and resulted in a small variation in distance.
We always aim to be transparent and to deliver the best possible experience for our runners. If you would still like to discuss this directly, our team remains open and happy to speak with you.

Had a really good time at the 2025 Sussex Trail Half. Very well organised. Great marshals. Lovely course. Great venue - nice indoor cafe at the end.

Discovered RunRebel this year and have found them fantastic. Great team for support and well organised, we have really enjoyed their events. We have done running, the hikes and the Canicross Thanks again.
