I switched to UK servers for a dedicated Linux server a few years ago, having been let down by my previous supplier. I was immediately impressed by the onboarding service - they identified a memory issue while commissioning my server, and replaced the RAM, all while keeping me fully updated on what was happening.

For the last 3 years they have not missed a beat, and have been extremely proactive on dealing with any server blips. Their support people are incredibly responsive and the price is fair.

If you need the capacity and stability of a dedicated host, these are the people to use.

For many years we used another company, we put up with long waits for problems to be solved.. we had enough so we took the plunge and change our provider to UK servers.. Wow what a difference.. I have to barely wait 10 minutes for a reply every time I contact them and problems get sorted quickly.. Just brilliant service.. Would highly recommend them to anyone think of using them..

I’ve been developing web apps for 30 years, and the single biggest constant in my career is that hosting companies are crap. I’ve used them all. UKServers completely breaks that mold. In the 5 years since switching to them, I haven't had a single bad experience. They are easily the most responsive company I’ve ever dealt with. The staff actually know what they’re talking about and don't speak in scripted corporate nonsense. Their pricing is incredibly fair compared to the massive corporate giants who think a huge marketing budget replaces good service. Stop looking elsewhere, you won't find better. And no, I’m not affiliated with them, they just deserve the credit.

I could write a full essay about UK Servers. I have been with them for many years and have had numerous servers over this time, big, small, medium. One thing has remained constant throughout this time, their customer service. I simply cannot say enough positives to convey how helpful they have always been. They must pay a premium to have the best techies in house, they know their stuff for sure. I have had to have a full server restore from an offsite backup at one point in time, I thought will this really work? Too right it did, every byte of data was restored.

If you want a proper server with proper techies looking after it, look no further.

I've been with them for just over a year for three dedicated servers after migrating from ANS/UKFast.

I migrated my server from UKFast to UK Servers in 2021 - and haven't looked back. The level of support is second to none. I get proactive support - and reactive as-and-when needed.
