Used uktopmeds-cc for months with no issues then placed an order recently sent me a tracking number saying it had been delivered but it wasn't to me, wasn't even in the same city. Asked for a refund or even send the products and was told "nope" through WhatsApp. Absolutely disgusting preying on disabled and vulnerable people. Please do Not use them!

Suffer from insomnia and bad anxiety i order something cheap to test it and come next day as it says website seems to be down now hopefully not closed down but if comes back ill be ordering again if not back to sleeping pills website :(

@bernard yep. I tried my luck anyways and as soon as I made the payement through bank transfer, they’ve completely stopped replying. Now Left me on read, no updates, no tracking, nothing in the post lol 90 quid down the drain

This company uses a scamming technique entitled: Authorised Push Payment (APP Fraud)

For those considering paying: DON’T!

For those of you scammed. Call your Bank (if you paid from your Bank). They are legally required to reimburse you.

Trading Standards confirmed this is an APP Scam. They have been reported to Trading Standards and MHRA.

If your bank say it’s not a scam, tell them they are mistaken. Please see below.

In the UK, banks and financial institutions are now legally required to reimburse victims of APP fraud for losses up to £85,000 if they have reported the scam within a certain timeframe and followed the necessary procedures, according to the Payment Systems Regulator (PSR). 

Asking for passport details l don't think so before order placed and got very rude at me asking why they would want such an important document considering l was just enquiring. And warning you to open parcel on camera why? These will do nothing if there's a mistake l cannot believe how rude he was and you all work for the same people l wouldn't use them is their any personality pills they could take.

Paid using bitcoin but no delivery. They message quickly before payment but after they ignore you. Total SCAM.

It used to be good SITE a year ago but now it has become a SCAM.

No reply from customer services on Telegram, WhatsApp and email. They completely ignore you after taking your money.

Taken money. Make up lies and now not replying. Been over 4 weeks with false promises no delivery or redund

But alot of the bad reviews are from people being scammed by using a replica website (uk-topmed.online)
Which has happened to me.
So just make sure you are buying from the actual site and not a replica!

Perfect as always. For a flawless transaction. Place order in evening and request payment details. Next morning before 10am pay. You will be updated that they are processing by 2pm. Then the next day you can track your order which will be delivered by 1pm. Awesome

This company are nothing but thieves.Placed an order wed paid thur morning.Nothing arrived blanked my messages.Ive reported them to my banks fraud dept.

Placed two previous orders which went through and delivered with no problem, placed an order on the 18th Sept, requested bank details and paid as I usually do. Recieved nothing, have been messaging them on Telegram and via there email, but no response. I have sent them proof of payment, still no reply, although they are reading the messages.
Used to be a really good company, but now just seem to be taking your order and money, not communicating with you at all and not refunding or sending meds, now having to look elsewhere.

Used this company for a long time and they never let me down they had been brilliant. Until paid for an order on the 17th September exactly as I would usually and they never processed or sent it. Over 2 weeks have passed now and I'm just getting blanked. I've given them all the evidence and receipts and they said they look into it now just completely ignoring me. It's left me sick off work as I rely on there products alot. Thanks alot uktopmeds, after being a long term customer and the thousands of pounds I've spend with you. Really left me in a mess. What's pissed me off is they haven't even checked and looked it up after constantly saying they would, cos if they did they'd have seen i made the order and paid for it and the money went in with a photo of receipt. If anything changes I'll ammend this to the great company I always thought that they were.
