The worst service. Got a 2:2, please don’t use this

The writer failed to complete my work. I complained to the customer service and they replied me that the writer has met my work’s requirements. WTF?! I have paid for top 10% with many top-up features but they gave me a piece of sh*t work. The writer only completed half of my work. It was super expensive and completely not worth it. My work contains 7 questions but the writer only finished 4. The writer only answered around 50 words for rest of the questions. They told me the writer is Top10% with PhD degree. PhD students answered the questions carrying 20 marks questions with only 50 words. Is it appropriate? They won’t give you any satisfied compensation. They only gave you 10% next order discount for compensation and said this is the maximum they could offer. Yes, it is very unfavourable to buyers. They just forced you to accept their unfair offer to make you shut up. They replied me the writer cannot complete due to the complexity of my work. WTF?! My work is just UG level and they claimed the writer got PhD degree in related subjects. Poor quality of work, poor quality of customer service. Don’t put your work at risk!!! All good reviews in their website are FAKE!! I kept all the evidence. If anyone doesn’t believe me, I can show how poor they are. Their website changed from .co.uk to .com. Why changed? You know why now. See how many bad reviews here.

Poor quality work very expensive, k pt asking for more money.

Ordered two pieces of work off the site at the same time. One I paid £140 for and received a 62% which wasn’t great but okay the next piece was what they claim is their specialty a 4000 word dissertation. I received 5000 words with very little time to request a rewrite and long story short I got %19 AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The paper was a disaster, not good at all. Avoid at all costs

Not reliable company, they did not check their writers properly. I paid for coursework around £200 with premium service and received the 36% grade for this work, also 87% of work was written by AI, which caused a lot of troubles with University for me. Definitely do not recommend this company.

Just avoid this company if you want a complete job on time and not botched.
Gave them a project work, was told would take a standard 14 days to complete, it was from the second day of giving them the job i knew i was in for a ride, after paying over £560 for both a preferred writer, professional editor and 6000 words. First thing that happened was preferred writer was changed and writers changed up to 10 times till the 10th day my assignment was due to be submitted. Eventually didnt get final work till it was too late and couldnt be submitted. I requested a refund for both the preferred writer that wasnt used, professional editing that couldnt be done due to a late submission by them and because i couldnt use the job they eventually produced as it was already too late to be submitted, i was told i would only be given a refund of $53 out of over $600, id be further reporting them as fraudulent and take them to a small claims court for not providing services paid for and i wouldnt back down till i get my ‘fair’ refund. MY ADVICE, AVOID THEM LIKE A PLAGUE, they would mess you about.
And this would be the second time they would be doing this to me after giving them the benefit of a doubt.

Terrible customer service with representatives that can barely communicate in proper English, contradict themselves multiple times and refuse to accept that you do not require their 'service'.

I called less than 30 minutes after I placed the order and I was told I would only receive a 70% refund due to my use of their apparent services.
Don't let them fool you into thinking this is the maximum you will receive as their telephone number is on the website and available for anyone to use, not just paying customers.
Please avoid like the plague and ensure that you give yourself enough time to do your essay/exam yourself - it's not worth the hassle of paying a crap company like this to do.

Poor service provided, they get you to sign up for extra services then do not provide them, such as they can provide a VIP service or an English writer. The work had to be rewritten because of poor grammar, spelling mistakes repetition in the work to make up word count. They do not follow the brief correctly. I failed the module because of it. After spending nearly £500.00. I don't know who is writing these reviews praising them on there work?

FALSE ADVERTISING! BE AWARE! Not only is the writing abysmal, but the writer also missed the deadline. There is no refund or credit for POOR UNUSABLE WORK.

First, they took 3 days to deliver my order. After I failed they didn't fix it and when I asked for my money back they said the work was good enough to refund a couple, but if you screw up we'll refund 10%. Please do not trust, these are scammers!

First of all the customer service is horrible. When you ask them for a refund they deny the work and continue asking for the feedback. The customer service Mona is useless, don’t even bother. The writers don’t listen to you. I have spend nearly £700 on this and I can’t even get a simple £100 refund. Don’t bother try another website.

Don't even know what to start with!!! 4 out of 5 essays I have ordered with them FAILED. Exams MESSED UP and delivered late/ not finished on time. Always finding excuses and keep apologizing but NO refund, NO making up for the inconvenience, makes you pay all over AGAIN for rewriting. VERY poorly written essays, terrible communication etc. Money back guarantee is a scam as you will never see any money back for any reasons. The company is a SCAM!! Please, please AVOID them at all costs. They destroyed my future career with all these failed exams for which I have paid thousands of £. I will now take legal actions against them as it is unacceptable nowadays to scam people in this horrendous way and get away with it.

Emigration process is highly biased for Asians. It takes hours for you to clear. Messed up country. Two separate counter for asian and some privileged country

Scammers. Basically I paid for the work that was never delivered.

I would give zero stars if I could.

The service was so bad that I would give 0 stars if I only could. Firstly, ordered 2000 words, and only received 1500. Even though the deadline was provided well in advice, I have been asked for more time, even though my deadline was initially accepted. Spelling mistakes, grammatical mistakes, needless to say - it failed. Never ever, stay away.
