Trash company with no ethics. I echo many of the previous reviews. When I placed my initial order, I had no idea I was being roped into an unwanted subscription plan. There was no mention of that on their website. After receiving the initial order, about a month later I receive more gummies in the mail, completely unexpected. As I was checking my banking account activity online, I discovered that I had been charged $98 for another shipment. I emailed customer support to inquire as to why I was charged for a shipment I didn't order. "Amelia," who is undoubtedly a name given to their AI email response bot, gave the same story as many others, "It's like if we made you a fresh smoothie and handed it to the delivery driver; we can't get it back once it's gone." Then, "Amelia" writes,
"I can, however, help you cancel the subscription so you don't receive future orders." This was on 8/11/26. Fast forward to 8/30/26. I receive an "order confirmation" email, and shortly thereafter receive yet ANOTHER unsolicited shipment, after being told 19 days earlier that my subscription was cancelled. After several additional email exchanges with "Amelia," I receive an email conveying a "sincere apology." Then "Amelia" wrote, "and As our final offer, we would like to provide you with a 50% partial refund, and you may keep the product without returning it. We genuinely want to resolve this matter fairly and hope you will consider our offer." Figuring that this was the best outcome I could hope for, I wrote back to accept the 50% refund. Today is 9/24/26 and I have yet to receive this refund. I have sent FIVE follow up emails asking for a status update on my refund, and "Amelia" has gone radio silent. Nothing. So, if you're reading this review and decide to purchase from this trash company, I hope you understand what you are getting yourself into. BEWARE!

Good product but shit website and customer service. First order was fine, second order placed they took the money and then took more money. When questioned they said I had subscribed. Asked to cancel and spent a month asking for it to be canceled, they finally agreed but waited for the next instalment to go through first, then I found out they had me subscribed for 2 subscription. Finally got them canceled but product was apparently already sent, agreed on a refund but didn't not match what was sent. Then only 1 product turned up. And now trying to claim the 70 I lost was for 2 months when in fact they had taken a total of 140 in two months I do not recommend this company what so ever which is a shame as I found the product quite good, but I will not touch them with a barge pole now and recommend people to stay away.

Charged illegally $140+ with no authority. Reported it and all I get is an Ai response.

I have requested for my order to be cancelled and they never accepted that I do no longer wish to continue and they keep sending the product and charging , They can't be trusted . Do not advise to buy from them at all .Biggest scammer ever .
I submitted cancellation of subscription due to lack of support and Amelia can't be trusted from support .

This company are scammers making it impossible to cancel a subscription and hiding in the small print that you have even signed up for a subscription TOTAL SCAM

Very disappointing experience. I clearly requested cancellation and UltimaPeak confirmed in writing that my subscription was “100% complete and final” and there would be no further charges.

Despite that, they charged my credit card AGAIN.

I’ve now contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Be very careful with their subscription and recurring billing.

We made a 3 month order, after reading other reviews I emailed the company to make sure I did not sign up first a membership with more shipments, which they confirmed. Two months later- I found charges on my card- which did not go through as luckily I used a card where I don’t usually send money. I emailed them to cancel any subscriptions- and they responed with a long email asking if the gummies were working. I believe their emails are AI generated and will just have to cancel my card. Be careful

Scam...first of all the subscription is embedded in the order, and when you want to cancel they give you the runaround while charges keep coming and more products.

WARNING! Do not buy from this company! They will start billing you for product that you didn’t ask for. They will not cancel when you ask them too. This is has been going on since July 28, 2028 and still not resolved.

All who have been affected by this horrible company, we should bring a class action lawsuit against them. We should also contact local, state and federal authorities and file charges against them for harassment. Since we all have pleaded with them to cancel a subscription we didn’t sign up for.

Yet another email from ultimapeak, asking me to email them so they can resolve my issue with being charged for an order that I didn’t place. I’ve emailed you several times and you still haven’t returned my money !!!!
These replies are for show only, to make it look like they are trying to resolve the problem. Actions speak louder than words Ultimapeak, return my money you’ve stolen !!

I would like to warn everyone! Once you purchase the gummies you will be subscribed for monthly orders which you will be not able to cancel. If you want to risk, use a one time card, otherwise they will take your money every month.
They state they issue refund if you are not satisfied. That's a lie. Impossible to stop them.
They say you need one gummy a day, but they send you 2 moths supply every month.

Thank you for getting back to me.
Firstly I did not subscribe or at least if I did I am sure you have hidden the fact of subscription somewhere in T&C. For sure there was not
a box you have to click on to agree for subscription separately! I would not have done it for sure.
This is a very unfair practice.
You are advertising, that 1 gummy a day is what you need. So might I ask why have you sent last time 2 packs = 60 gummies.
You see, if the gummies would work well for me, then I would order the next ones anyway and you would have a long time customer.
Now you just a have an angry one whom you ripped of once. In addition I do not feel any positive effect of the gummies and I am using
them every day.
As I received the order notification I have immediately reacted and asked not to ship. You still did it. Why? I still didn't receive shipping
notice, so it seams to me it is not shipped.
Your refund policy states: "We stand behind every product with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us within
30 days of delivery and we'll make it right".
So l am not satisfied and I am requesting a refund. Please terminate my subscription too with immediate effect.
In the case the refund would not happen, I will do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows about this practises. Google
reviews, Trustpilot and whatever other review site on internet I find will be full of this. I have also checked where I have to report your
unfair business practices in US, and I will do.
However If you handle this correctly, we can just simply forget each other.

Biggest Scam ever, once you place your 1st order, they keep billing your credit card every month, nowhere was it made clear that this is a subscription signup. I have tried canceling, they say they will, but never do. Been taking the gummies for about 3 month now and do not see any results. Had to cancel my credit card. This experience make me skeptical to buy anything else via the instagram app.

Absolute scammers and liars.
Product is fine but they do not ship what you order, they will not make any genuine attempt to ship what you want, and only offer a "discount code" to spend more money.
Have proof and will absolutely be disputing charges. Do not buy. They are not genuine.

Without subscribing to anything I’m somehow subject to a reoccurring payment of 179 dollars every month. I tried to contact them to stop this and they just kept sending me 3 packs every month for this price. I’ve had to keep

I don't want to comment on the quality of the gummys, but I warn you that this is a scam. Once the charge to you they won't stop charging you money from your card, it will be impossible to cancel the subscription. I asked in over 15 emails to cancel the subscription and they didn't want to. They spin you in every mail, they say they handed it over to the cancellation department and then they charge you at a higher price every time. Scammers, don't buy!

DON?T order from them - We ordered 1 pack to try then they set it up as a subscription. We had to cancel a credit card due to their messing about. Their AO driven responses were at least hilarious.

Automatically sign you up for subscription. Have cancelled through the website, still charging and sending. COntacted through website only get AI generated bullshit answers.They product is shit and so is the company.
