The product will most likely not work well, very misleading that it will reach extended distances. Sure they have a 60-day return policy but read the small print, they will subtract every little bit back out upon returning it and you will have a heftier expense than if you would have purchased a less expensive product elsewhere that will work just as good as theirs. I would recommend staying away from their marketing tactics and just purchasing elsewhere to avoid all the frustration and disappointment.
I purchased their solar pack max, difficult to locate a place to use it unless you have zero trees, fences, foliage, etc. in the area.

I can't even get in touch with the company either with their email, phone number on the site, or the contact page. It makes me wonder if this is a fake website?

I purchased one of these devices and after a short while decided to purchase another based on a reviewer on another site saying that they worked better if placed in different areas facing toward the problem dog. Well, that didn't help at all, the barker was never phased by one or two of the devices. And after a few months, one of the devices just stopped working period, of course just out of the warranty period. I wrote a review on the website and even posted pictures, sort of hoping the company would reach out to me, the review never showed up on their site. I highly recommend you avoid the Dog Silencer Max and save your money!

The product we bought just didn't reach as far as we would have liked to deter a non-stop barking dog but the company was a pleasure dealing with. Fast delivery, quick email replies, generous returns window and swift refund.
Wish all companies were half as good.
