Saira Saira. That’s best product I am using it with eating everything I like. No excercise I did but energetic after use as i loose more then a stone my diabetic and high blood pressure medication and also depression medication stopped. It’s 100% working if taking proper way

(I ordered this October 2021)Over £100 order never arrived, tried emailing would get the same generic email about staff being off from covid so it would take ages to get back to me that was 2 years ago, I didn't realise ages would be 2 years with still no reply! Tried calling no one picks up, emailed again today thinking covids over so surely i will get a response but no same email about covid. Thought maybe I've been scammed but no I used the contact details from the genuine website, and nothing on Google to say its a fake website?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Actual review would be 0 stars not 1. Notice how all 5 stars reviews are verified but none of the 1 stars are!!! Still waiting for a refund of £89.95 for 3 bottles of Au Red Cherry vodka ordered in December 2021. I have emailed and tried to phone but no answer. The phone number just keeps ringing then disconnects. Even put a previous Trust pilot review on and Ultimate drinks asked for my order number through Trust pilot in order to validate my order but I still haven't heard!!! I can't believe that they are so shoddy with respect to their service and customers. Cannot feel any more disappointed, frustrated and ripped off.

Don’t order from this company!! I have been waiting for an order since February and cannot get hold of them by phone or email to get a refund or receive the item.

Ordered a bottle of whiskey, charged straight away but it wasn't despatched. Emailed a week or so later and got the same generic covid-excuse email that other people on here seem to have had. Wish I'd read all the reviews before purchasing. The 5 star reviews on here do not appear to be genuine - they're almost all from people with only 1 or 2 other reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

PLEASE, PLEASE do not believe all the 5 star reviews on this site. I placed an order in December and have still not had the goods, nor been able to contact the Company about it. All that happens is that they immediately confirm the Order, deduct the money straight away, then say that they have Covid Problems. My Bank are trying to sort out. Cannot give a NIL STAR and this Company is clearly a SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

I wish i had read the reviews before ordering!! Paid for fast delivery waited 3 weeks but no communication only a standard email about not having enough staff due to covid. No reply to my emails and never answer the phone so i had to claim the money back through my bank. If you do purchase with this company i would suggest using a credit card so you are covered but if you have read this far find another company and read there reviews.

I contacted Ultimate Drinks to find out if they could deliver on a specified date. I was expecting to pay for the service as I have done with other companies in the past, but they waived the charge and the delivery arrived at 9am on the requested day.

Still no refund from 17th December all you get is an excuse e mail saying people are off with covid 😡they should be shut down

They took my money, I received an automated email saying the order was placed. I downloaded the app to be able to track it. After 10 days it was still not dispatched so I decided to contact them. I have since attempted to contact them over a dozen times in various methods and had one copy+paste response suggesting they are short of staff due to covid. So I waited two more weeks, still nothing. So I'm leaving this review and going to my bank to get my money back. If they are that short on staff they need to put a disclaimer on their website and say that low value orders will be ignored.

Appalling service. I ordered a bottle of Hennessy VS Cognac at the start of January and still haven't received it (17th Feb when writing this). I have phoned (no-one answers) and emailed (automated response stating delays due to COVID). It doesn't take 6 weeks to despatch one bottle of cognac despite staff shortages. I would recommend everyone steer clear of this company as they have shown themseleves to be totally unreliable and as far as I'm concerned, operating an online scam.
