Bonjour.
L’envoi du régulateur a été beaucoup plus rapide que prévu initialement. Le produit remplace avantageusement le régulateur d’origine. La charge de la batterie est maintenant parfaitement régulière et rapide. (KTM 990 2006)
L’échange avec le service commercial a été parfait et rapide.

Je recommande ce fabricant.

The only thing I would like to propose is to provide a tracking number when the order has been completed.

It works fine, but it's to big, so it does not fit perfectly on my Honda VFR 750 F.

Ik had een spanningsregelaar besteld, maar door omstandigheden had ik deze uiteindelijk niet meer nodig. Pas een paar maanden later heb ik contact opgenomen met de vraag of ik hem nog retour mocht sturen. Ondanks dat er al behoorlijk wat tijd verstreken was, hebben ze mij hier heel netjes mee geholpen en mocht ik het product alsnog retourneren.

Alles werd snel en netjes afgehandeld. Echt een uitstekende en klantvriendelijke service!

An excellent company selling quality parts. I have used these rectifiers on multiple bikes and they are far better than any of the cheaper ones available. Customer service is also very good when I have contacted them. Highly recommended.

My first order of a rectifier was lost in the post between Netherlands and South Africa. Without hesitation Ultimate Rectifiers sent me a second one and after numerous emails between myself and Ultimate Rectifiers the second parcel finally arrived in South Africa. Nadat mijn gelijkrichter de geest gaf is er goed geholpen met een oplossing

Ich habe im April 2024 einen UR Laderegler bestellt, nachdem ich schon öfter Probleme mit den alten LR hatte. Er hat sofort eine ordentliche und stabile Ladespannung geliefert. Leider gab es nach ca. 2,5 Jahren einen Defekt. Nach einer kurzen Fehlersuche, die den Defekt am LR belegt hat, wurde der LR als Garantieleistung (3 Jahre) ersetzt.
Hoffentlich hält der neue nun etwas länger, fairerweise muss ich sagen, dass die Elektrik bei Triumph der 0er Jahre absolut unterirdisch ist.
Der Service von UR ist jedenfalls Spitzenklasse!

I have recently bought a Series MOSFET regulator rectifier from Ultimate Rectifier for my Kawasaki KLE 500 (2003 model). As the website only offers a standard shunt type rectifier for KLE 500 I contacted Ultimate Rectifier team via email and asked if they would be able to modify the connectors from any other Series MOSFET type rectifiers they offer for other bikes. Rudy and Merel replied fast and we're extremely helpful and patient with my questions. They suggested which series MOSFET I should take and they modified the connectors so the rectifier was basically plug&play. The regulator rectifier works great, it's charging properly and is not overheating (I ride in hot weather up to 36'C). I've done a few longer journeys so far and over 1000km since I bought and installed it - no issues whatsoever. I'm sure the regulator rectifier will continue work and in case of any issues, I am sure the team will be equally helpful as they were when I was reaching out via email. 10/10 thank you guys!

READ THIS REVIEW: If you're like me, you usually read just the negative reviews. But when it comes to professionalism, knowledge about older bikes (mine is a 1991 Honda), and quality products, it's hard to find a company that does it any better. As someone who never writes reviews, I felt it was necessary to say something about the exceptional customer service I received from UR.

I purchased a MOSFET voltage regulator (UR-R-121) and I'm extremely satisfied, not only with the quality of the product but especially with the customer support.
