Ordered a replacement mirror, cheapest I could find and quick delivery. The mirror was cracked have tried contacting company but haven’t even had a response! Seems a quick sale is the only objective of these guys

Excellent service.

I needed a pair of headlights to pass an MOT, after Autodoc had sent ones for a left-hand drive car, which was just hopeless.

Ultimate Styling were brilliant, great advice on the phone, and the correct headlights and adjustment motors arrived on next day delivery. Should have gone straight to them in the first place!

I'll definitely use them again.

Absolutely fantastic service and price was unbeatable. Ordered a wing mirror cover at 3:30pm on a Friday and by 11:30 on the Saturday morning it was here. Seems good quality and for less than £11 all in is unbelievable cost and delivery A+

They cancelled order said customer cancelled cost me 5 days in time do not use this company

If this is the same Ultimate Styling on ebay (looks like the same logo) I would stay well away from purchasing from them.

From own personal experience with this company I would say the negative reviews are accurate.

I purchased a set of headlights, I took them to the mechanic and had them installed, they were not working, the mechanic tested them as they do..
I messaged them on ebay only to be asked if they were tested on opposite sides..
I told them that my old ones were working fine I was changing my headlights because I could not be bothered to keep polishing them..

I even asked them to send replacements instead of a refund but that was ignored..
The only persons that was polite was Pete and David who did apologise for their mistake.. when the returns part came the dpd took the 2 boxes taped together and next thing I know I receive a partial refund saying the headlights were not in original condition.. the headlights when put back in the boxes were 99.9% the same minus maybe a bit of dirt from installing but the lenses themselves were immaculate when I boxed them..
I was straight on the phone to ebay and explained to them what's happened and they had a look at the chat log between us and the photos.
And I got the full refund..
The biggest frustration I endured with this company were the gaps in between messages..

I have the say the customer service was very good but the parts I ordered are poor quality and will ultimately cost me so much more now. I ordered LED day running light head units for my Yaris. Toyota was £850 for the pair fitted, these guys were £585 for parts plus fitting. Both head lights have had to be replaced all at my expense. The lights are cheap and poorly made, the right head light is 2 months younger than the left head light and you can see the LEDs on the left head light are yellowing already. Don’t waste your money just get the official Toyota head lights.

Do not trust this company!! Ordered a tail light for my car before 4pm as it is advertised that all orders before this cut off time qualify for next day delivery. However when I called them the following day to ask when it would be delivered I was told that due to the order being placed a few minutes before 4pm the order did not get shipped in time. If you’re looking for a guaranteed next day delivery with this company don’t bother with them and spend your money elsewhere.

I purchase two headlights and a rear number plate light.
One of the headlights was broken and rear number plate light was for a totally different car they've had Registration of car and still got it wrong.
Emailed then there didn't give a shit.

First off we ordered a new wing mirror for our Volvo car
put in the reg on the site also compared the image on there site with our old broken mirror all looked good complete match thumbs up so far
We payed for fast delivery also
then the part came in a box by DHL we took the part up to our garage only to be told it was the incorrect part on this we compered again the reg and image from there site and again all is good so clearly they have had a mix up from the point of order to checking before despatch.
so far we have sent a number of emails sent loads of images even one of the unopened box sent images also to clearly explain that their website is delaying the correct one we need but what we received was incorrect
We are tyred of explaining this and sending photos as proof think were on email number 7 tried phoning phone just goes dead after a short pre recorded message
We have requested for a full refund now but they have not yet done so or does it look like they are willing too
as we are being given the run around
Our last email from them said we have sent the correct one you ordered from a guy named David " Clearly not
as the one they sent me does not even look like the one on the site when ordering again iv proved this in images sent"
Clearly they do not honor there quality statement
or put customer satisfaction at the forefront of the quality management system or even check what is actually being despatched against customer orders matching there own website
Now at all how a company is meant to treat customers that have proven that they have messed up and are unwilling to give a refund even though You have a legal right to a full refund within 30 days of purchase under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 Under UK law, if an item is not as described, the company is breaking the law by refusing a refund. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you the legal right to a full refund if you reject the item within 30 days. A company's internal "no refund" policy cannot override your statutory rights
So i have no other option now to contact customer trading standard's at Wolverhampton City Council

5* service, delivery AND certainly quality of product - a complete LH door mirror unit for my Nissan Note. Perfect match and the complete unit was less than half the price Nissan quoted - it was even less that a mere plastic replacement upper shell for the rear of the mirror would have cost!
Recommended without reservation.

Ordered a door mirror cover for my focus on Friday arrived next day free post and a cracking price and it fits like a glove top service all round

Bought rear window wiper for my car via their reg search tool wiper arrived quickly but when tried to fit it on the window doesn't fit properly. Emailed them that this part isn't fitting properly . They asked me to return it as apparently the varient of car was different to the viper . Posted the part back almost 2 weeks ago but accidentally lost the post of postage. Asked them if they have received my parcel got update that without the proof of postage , no refund so end spending 16 to 17 quid on wiper and 5 quid on postage and end up with nothing at all. So yeah 👌

Ordered a wheel bearing+ABS for i10.
Arrived ok and correct part - but don't depend on 'next day '. It took 2 days.
Otherwise will use again.

I ordered the wrong headlight which is my own fault for my car, but I send back the part I ordered the next day after receiving it, they have sent me an email saying it’s been damaged due to “fitment” marks, when like I said it does not fit my car. Also missing lugs which is impossible as I took the light out compared to mine and realised they were wrong and put it straight back in the box. Now they are trying to get out of the refund which I had to spend £17 to send back. DO NOT BUY from them!!

I bought a pair of replacement indicators. Nice product delivered quickly unfortunately one is great the other wasn’t sealed properly. Great customer service, one email and a replacement sent out straight away no problem. 👍🏻

Used the platform, key in the plate number. Bought wing mirror glass for my MB, however it does not fit. Then buy another one which has a blind spot indicator hoping to fit, again it does not fit. Feel very frustrated. Then I want to return the products but then the link provided which directed to royal mail, key in all the information according to the invoice, no labels could be created.

The oil sump built quality is OK, but the drain plug came with wrong washer which is Aluminium instead of Cooper, considering its a steel item, which obviously leaks if used. I recommend Ultimate Styling to contact the vendor and address this issue, and try to provide the proper crush washer to save the customers time. i would appreciate if somebody can send me the proper cooper crush washer for my 5 star rating ;) Overall Ultimate Styling is a very professional auto parts distributor !

I ordered a mirror glass for a3. Can’t fault the shop. Easy transaction and next day delivery

Price, delivery & service, all top notch. Bonus for me was that the parts fit!!
