After breaking down and being stranded in Kansas for 2 days I was able to get my truck hauled back to Ohio. Thank you, Ultimate Transport 123, for arranging the hot shot and working directly with the local Ford dealership to get my truck picked up and brought to me so I didn’t have to stay in Kansas an additional 2 days. The process went as smooth as possible and my truck arrived to the mechanic in tip top shape! They even gave me a $50 credit towards my next shipment if I ever need one again - let’s just hope I never have to use it! ☺️

Recently I get quote for my Bike Transportation. These people are amazing and really surprised to have such a humble team. Main thing I want to mention here they give me the best quote as compare to all other competitors. They do the proper protection for bike and transport it safely. Special thanks to their Management head who is very much proactive in New York. I think I have to give them 5 out of 5

All they can do is lie after lie after lie and their quote is useless as they changed mine numerous times regarding how much is due at time of delivery, cost me more to change bank checks. I would not let them handle shipping scrap. Liars and nothing but. Do not use them under any circumstance.

Not reliable!! I had a scheduled pick up at the auto repair shop. No one contacted me from Ultimate. The repair shop called me to notify me my car was not pick-up as scheduled. I called the driver. The driver told me he cancelled with Ultimate as the auto carrier was full. Ultimate denied this. I requested my $300. deposit refunded. They said no as I hired another carrier to transport my car. i.e. canceling my contract. Of course I hired someone else. This is shorty company. It is not consistant, hit or miss. Losers.

Ultimate Transport was contacted on 1/8 to transport a vehicle on 2/5, date later changed to 2/14. Calls were made up until 2/13 inquiring about status of carrier assignment, no carrier assigned, reps were explained I needed vehicle by 2/14 for appointments on 2/15. I picked up vehicle myself on 2/14, no carrier arrived. Reps knew full well I needed vehicle by 2/14, took advantage of situation, charged a cancel fee. Numerous calls were made to resolve issue, spoke with two managers, both refused to refund, refer to a contract I didn't sign, order was placed on behalf of myself by another party. Most recently, I reached out to owner, Keith Hecht, he complained about reviews such as this, refused to do anything, acted like a real jerk. Yelp reviews show similar experiences
