I've been very pleased with my re-furbed pc, purchased some months ago, and now with a laptop, which although it is pre-used has not got a mark on it as far as I can see. A while ago I had a slight hiccup with Windows but a phone call fixed it very easily. Great company, can definitely recommend them and I will purchase again if I need anything.

following my last order, i needed a new printer, wasn't sure so i called cant remember the guys name but he was very helpful and i received it this morning after ordering at 4 oclock yesterday. as promised its just what i needed

I have used Scott and the team many times for the service, repair and maintenance of my PC and Laptop (and also for the supply of Hardware) and have always received an excellent service. All of the staff have been polite, helpful and efficient and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

After 4 hours of trying to sort the problem out, and speaking with my internet supplier (my problem was printer not communicating with new router), I was getting nowhere. Rang Ultracore and whilst he couldn't come out because of the covid etc., he talked me through it step by step and lo and behold they are talking to each other again. This man was absolutely fantastic. Thank you again
