I bought a pair of swim shorts and after wearing once and washing once, the leg hem came apart. The guarantee on the site is 15 days, and not after washed/worn. Very poor quality product. I wouldn't buy from here again.

I would give it no stars if I could. WORST company ever and horrible customer service and people working there. NEVER buy anything from them and go anywhere else. Hope this company goes under soon!

Ultra's sent an order I made to an old address. When I noticed them and asked if they would re-send or refund my money, they confirmed the mistake and I never heard from them again. I sent multiple emails asking for a refund or replacement. After acknowledging the error, I never heard from them again. They kept my money, and I got nothing!!

I ordered a some shorts on the 17 th of July and still have seen no updates on my item. it is July 24th. My item still shows shipping label created.
I have reached to the company twice now with an email. No response back yet.
I also messaged the owner via text with number provided online.
Responded back once saying he would get with his sales team and let me know.
Been 2 days and had not heard back from him. I messaged him this morning to cancel my item and have not heard back.
I am disappointed how I have ben treated here.

I have made several purchases from Ultra with good service until I bought one of their swimsuits. The sizes run small and I reached out to customer service thinking we could get this resolved until I got a phone call from Matt. From the very beginning, I could tell Matt was not here to resolve the issue. He was very arrogant and borderline insulting. His resolution was “we do not want your business”! With the economy the way it is, I would think any business would want as many customers as they can get. Take my advise, the product is good, but the customer service is lacking integrity.

I have ordered more than four times from Ultra's. They are a great place to on-line shop. They have many selections for me as I am a big t-shirt guy. These tri-blend athletic shirts are the best I have worn....ever. The soccer shirt graphics are a favorite of mine. I have even donated all my other shirts and am only wearing Ultra's. I think the price is reasonable and I always get some kind of discount from them and I keep re-ordering.

The ABSOLUTE worst company i’ve dealt n with online! They never sent my shirt- 4 weeks of excuses and lies then radio silence
the the owner threatened me if I pursued a claim against them!

I would not do any business again with @ultrassportswear - I ordered 3 tees and they never arrived, when they sent me the tracking number showing it was delivered (via USPS not insured) -I politely told them it wasn't. The USPS are not immune to delivering items to the wrong address or simply losing a package and claiming "it was delivered"... But Matt (assuming) via email instead told me my apt building was "sketchy" as was Brooklyn NY....🤔 I told him my building has cameras (which I checked) and 2 locked doors between the mailroom and the outside, plus I was home the entire week the USPS tracking says it was delivered. Only response was that he would give me 50% store credit and that he's not going to "keep losing packages sending to me", even though it was the one and only thing I've ever purchased from Ultras. Buyer beware...

I Dealt with Matt Lengkeek today and Trust Pilot was Right! I have given him $$$$ in Business over the Past 3 Years. I received a Defective TShirt out of an Order Purchased recently I wore once, maybe Twice the Tag fell out, which caused a Hole in the Collar of the T! All I asked for was a Replacement on the One out of 5 Ts Purchased in Same Order! he offered me Discount on my Next Purchase but would Not Except Accountability for a Terrible Product! So Much for Customer Loyalty! Do Not Buy from this Company because if you have an Issue it will Not be Resolved!!!!

Items look nothing like the photo. Material is cheap, and the price is high—almost $100 for a T-shirt and shorts, ordinarily worth $30.

Returns are at your expense, and they reserve the right to keep them if they deem them damaged. Too risky to return, so I accepted a $100 loss. Never again

Deceptive website, item not as pictured. My sweatshirt looks NOTHING like the picture at all. Not a vintage look, just ugly lettering on a cheap sweatshirt. Disappointing.

Morally Corrupt Business!!! Spend your money elsewhere. Pictures online depict t-shirts of high quality ($28 retail price) but shirts received I wouldn’t give $10 for. Total bait and switch. Emailed them to get refunded and failed to respond. Required me to go thru PayPal to get refunded.

Great soccer tees. Made the World Cup that much more fun. Keep up the great work.

Garbage quality clothing and the worst customer service. I highly recommend looking elsewhere to spend your money. The shirts are soft and fit well but only until the first wash. Then the stitching comes apart and they do not respond to e-mails. Please shop somewhere else.

They sent me the wrong shirt and I've been emailing with them for several weeks to get it replaced. Communication is delayed and, when they do communicate, it is poor. My shirt was never replaced and I received no refund.

High quality shirts that fit and feel awesome.

I really wanted to like these shirts. I ordered two shirts (same size). After a single washing, the design faded so much that it doesn't even look like same shirt. Very disappointing. Secondly, one of the shirts is much much longer than the other. I'm talking like 4 inches longer. If you like your shirts down past your butt to your mid-thigh, then you're in business. At $28 per t-shirt, I don't expect it to fade after a single washing. For that reason alone, I do not recommend you purchase from Ultras.

Do not use this company, Ultras does not have live support only email and text. I have been text for 3 weeks about an order that I placed that still hasn’t made it to USPS. Multiple texts sent, and I got 1 reply that it will be shipped today.. Well guess what it was never shipped and my text messages have gone unanswered. Save your money, this wouldn’t be an purchase from me for a second time..

I absolutely love this brand!!! Their t shirts are so amazing. We got these t shirts from our work and I get so many compliments on how cute they are. But the fit, and the softness, and comfort, is 200%! I just bought a bunch more. I like to sleep in them and work out and everyday use.
