Good old fashioned service, I am bad at tech stuff, so called Ultra Secure 3 times to make sure I choose the right alarm, spoke to Richard and Peter who not only helped but offered to set the alarm up for me as much as they could before sending, I also could order over the phone which is great in these days of all online , thank you

After finding strangers in our garden during the night, we really wanted some type of Security system. Ultra secure direct were recommended by friends & I'm so glad we used them.

We quickly established what type of system would suit us and more importantly what we could afford! We now have a simple but effective Wireless Alert protecting the side and back of our house, which informs us of any unwanted visitors day or night.

We have got a very sensitive RCD panel at home and just as a safeguard when away we needed something to check the power supply for any outages. Contacted Ultra Secure Direct and was given sound advice by Stuart and Mark and purchased an alarm to cover this.

The documentation provided wasn't easy for the non technical minded so I called and left a message on the answerphone. Within the hour Peter called me back and sorted it all out for me and we now have a fully operational alarm.

So a thank you at USD for their recommendations, speedy delivery and sound advice. Extremely happy with the service.

We purchased an Alarm for our house, we were given friendly and honest advice before the purchase, delivery was fast, installation was easy enough, I needed to make one phone call to the company during installation which was easy and effective.

We bought an alarm and on the installation date, NOTHING WORKED! AND I MEAN NOTHING! The sensors did not work in any of the 4 rooms and so many parts were missing. The manual was written in very poor English and 2 of the parts that belonged to sensor just snapped. Weak and very very poorly designed. I called Ultra Direct and they told me that i needed to get a tradesman to look at it and that they woud not refund us. The employee i spoke to at ultra said i bought it over 5 weeks ago and they did not have to refund. We spent over £900. The box contents stunk of old moss and there was water damage on box. ALARM WAS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES ON WEBSITE. My husband is an engineer and said on closer inspection that this was made of tin, a very thin piece of tin inside the sensors that did not work. I cried on the phone to get our money back but they refused and then blocked my number. I sent 3 emails and called from another number and they hung up. I am now going small claims court to get our money back. This alarm is nothing but cheap Chinese junk! EVEN MY DUSTBIN REFUSED THIS PIECE OF RUBBISH. YOU DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR! Give people back their money. See you in court. You're quick to take money!

** DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE ** I ordered a 3G - GSM Alarm, sirens and all the sensors (PIRs and door/wnd contacts). I ordered in 2 stages, one about 2 years ago and the other about 6 months ago - quick prompt delivery (like everyone says in their reviews). BUT once you see the CHEAP SHODDY goods - that being an alarm to protect your home - you soon see what a huge error you have made with these 'Far East / Chinese' appalling products. Lets start : I put up half the Alarm kit about 2 years ago but did not have time to complete installation. I ordered more contacts / PIRs for the home and extra Siren about 6 months ago. THEN THE NIGHTMARE BEGAN: The contacts on doors / wnds and the PIRs just would not work and activate. Often none of them worked reliably, even after successive battery changes. Stand directly in front of a PIR sensor – wave your hand and it will Not go off! Pull apart contacts and sometimes they go off and other times they do not.
I made multiple phone calls and they did not know what was happening. You only needed to change the batteries on the PIRs and the wires connecting to the batteries would just 'snap' - RESULT ? You had to go and buy a soldering iron and re-solder them ! - even though these PIRs had never been used, the fact they were over 1 year old they did not want to know as regards giving me a full refund. (I have all the pictures of this shoddy Chinese crap). I then linked the new items (sensors) to the Alarm and the bulk of the sensors would not work at all ! what does this mean : YOU WILL HAVE YOUR HOME BURGLED AND THE ALARM WILL NOT EVEN ACTIVATE: SHOCKING. You spend £1,000s with them and all they can say is 'send it back and we'll look into it'. Or - worse - why do not I get a private person to look at the alarm system myself and pay him and fwd the report to US Direct. As for the original items purchased by me 2 years ago: They @ ULTRA SECURE DIRECT were not interesting in refunding my money - I HAD LOST ALL FAITH IN THEIR JUNK USELESS ALARM SYSTEM THAT NEVER WORKED PROPERLY. I FRANKLY BINNED THE WHOLE THING - ALL OF IT. Instead I opted to look into Quality Alarm manufacturers like Yale, Ajax etc. ## KEEP AWAY FROM CHEAP SHODDY GOODS THAT THIS DISGRACEFUL COMPANY, ‘ULTRA SECURE DIRECT’ SELL AND PARADE AS 'HOME SECURITY'. IT IS NOTHING OF THE SORT ##

Our old gate entry intercom system finally died and we searched for a new system to replace the hard-wire system. Ultra Secure offered a range of products that sounded almost too good to be true BUT believe me they work. We never thought that our gates 100m away could be controlled wirelessly but the new system works perfectly.

Without doubt, one of the best companies to do business with.
I sent them a query request through their website late one night because I had searched all over the Internet for a simple chime/alert system that I needed for when the front gate or back gate got opened.
This proved harder that I thought it would be, but thankfully one of the search results pointed me to these guys.
After submitting my query, I got a response back very early the next morning with a recommendation of a product to meet my needs, which was spot on what I wanted.
Products ordered that day and arrived the very next day. Flawless service.
They have even preconfigured the two sensors with the main unit so that I truly, quite literally, take it out the box, screw the sensors to the gates, plug the main unit it and it all worked perfectly.
Very happy to recommend these guys wholeheartedly and will use them again when I move into my next home to provide the advice, products and services I need then.

I recently bought two telescopic parking posts and was impressed with the website, the delivery and the posts. An installation question was answered immediately.Most importantly, when I raised a warranty query on one of the locks via email I received an answer within a few hours and notification that a replacement lock was on the way. I was looking for a system that would alert me if my dad opened any external gate or door at our property as he suffers from Alzheimers. I phoned up UltraSecureDirect and was given fantastic advice which led to me buying a system that included 2 external waterproof sensors. I installed the system this weekend and it works perfect.

If I was to give any feedback on the product itself, I would say that the buttons are sometimes prone to sticking in the corners - but this isn't really an issue if you just take care as you press them. That said, the range of the wifi is fantastic, and went through multiple walls. The alert sound is loud enough to get a response without being annoying.

I researched a lot of different system. This was the only one I could find that worked externally, was wireless and gave an alert as well as a full alarm.
