This is the worst place ever as they don’t know how to communicate with clients as all they want is money, took my car in today and was quoted roughly $350-360 but ended up being over $1000. Told them I didn’t want to proceed and then they got salty and charged me for checking my car, if I knew that they would charge to check my car they should off given me a price not just charge me when I went to get my car back I will NEVER use them from now on.

Booked over the phone, was given time an a date. The job was done professionally. Honest report was given and recommendations where necessary.

I visited Stirling SA Ultratune to source a light globe for my right front indicator. The friendly store manager served me above and beyond my expectations, not only supplying the globe for my old 1997 corolla, but also installing it on the spot with a smile! I'll be back and I highly recommend Stirling Ultratune SA for their awesome service. Thankyou once again Stirling Ultratune! :-)

I asked for a quote didn’t hear back for 2 days he rang me said he’d already fixed it. I had a leaking power steering hose. He said he replaced the whole thing and it’s going to cost $1800 even though I had a quote for $500. Then he held my van hostage until I payed him cash or it was going to be dearer. Got my van back still leaking now he doesn’t work at ultra tune Mascot anymore. Avoid these criminals like the plague nothing but rip offs. It’s a year later still have same problem and I’m getting a fine from my building manager for the leak I didn’t know I had cause I thought it was fixed after returning from holiday. Nice job Ultra tune you a$$holes.

Ultra Tune Midland branch only!
I would not recommend Midland Ultra Tune. My experience with them was very poor. The expensive part he supplied and installed broke within a year and he wasn’t interested in helping sort out the problem at all. It was very poor service and after service was non existent. Don’t waste your money, there are lots of other car places around, I recommend that you use one of the others.

I am sure that if all goes well, it is ok to use this company. If things go wrong, you are stuffed. They are not interested. They have no concept of customer care or any idea of ethical trading. We took them to court and heard them tell bare faced lies to the Magistrate. For three thousand dollars we decided we wanted them out of our lives and not to pursue the case. Use them if you want, you might get lucky, but if it goes wrong, good luck.

Was so please with the services, the mechanic that rescue me, was so helpful and got me going real quick.

Gave my car for service and had a couple of my back tyres swapped out. I found that the tyre pressure sensor would not go off after the tyre having my tyres replace. Been back to the work shop 3 time to have it fixed. The shop tried everything but could not fix it and asked me to go to the manufacturer. The manufacturer has told me that the tyre pressure sensor was damaged during the tyre change. I am so disappointed with ultra tune!

Beenleigh store took 2.5 days to complete a 5 hour job.. seem heavily overbooked or understaffed. They charged $1150 for a 2003 toyota echo clutch.. compared to quotes of $900-950 from other ultra-tunes/mechs.. ensure you don't need your car for a few days and get get everything in writing. workmanship was good.. until I found the 'clutch fork boot' sitting inside my engine bay.. obvious oversight.. Now I'm wondering if I could trust anything they did.

I had a service the 17/09 with engine lights on, this morning it came back on and had low revs, was stressing due to it being a public holiday, I visited the belmont store and thankfully someone was in there working, he kindly enough took a quick look at my car and did a quick fix. Didn’t see him name, but he deserves a 6 pack to whoever was working this morning

Ultra Tune Peakhurst
I'd like to say a huge thank you to Paul and Arthur at Ultra Tune, Peakhurst. I called to ask how much air I needed to put in my tyres (yes, I had no clue) Paul told me to bring it in and he would do it for me. When I got there Arthur checked my tyres and noticed a screw in one. The guys fixed it for me then and there as they knew I had a Drs appt in the Illawarra. They refused to take money they said knowing my drive will be safer now is all they need. I can not thank and praise these to guys enough. This proves that it's not about money with these guys, it's customer service and safety of others.

Rang on Monday the 5th asked for a quote have not heard from them at all since. Obviously they don't need the work at all.Ultra Tune Garbutt this is not the first time this has happened as well.

I have a 2011 Subaru Outback 3.6R that was overheating. Took it to Ultra Tune Peakhurst and they diagnosed the problem and applied the fix at a very reasonable price.
I am very happy with the result.

I would like to say a bit thank you to Ultra Tune Geraldton for carrying out a log book service yesterday - it is hard to get a service done when you are travelling and not sure weeks in advance where you are going to be but they were able to fit us in with short notice - I was also impressed with the written report that they gave me - it gives me confidence with the car that it can continue safely for the rest of our holiday - pleasant and fast service - well done and thanks

Hi All,
Just want to let you know how impressed I was with my recent experience with Ultra Tune Cannington.
They booked me with late notice got all the work done to my VE Ute in recorded breaking time.
Jodie and the gang are to be congratulated on making it happen.
The price was good the service was great and the turn around amazing.
I will be going there from now on for all my services.

Just had an issue with my 06 hilux.
Took it in today , David and Vhirgel had a look with the scan tool and located the problem.
With a small adjustment, problem solved.
Best part, when I asked David, (manager) "what do I owe you", response was $0.
Really appreciate the honesty and prompt service.
I'm mechanically minded and would recomend them to anyone.

Absolutely the best service the best mechanics and the very fairest prices, I recommend to all my friends what an amazing team Mazda wanted to charge me $1200 at Lake Haven Ultra Tune I paid $300 don't waste your money at a dealer you get the same warranty at ultra tune on your new car without the price AND the blatant rip of the dealers are. Please try them you won't regret it. Local business local knowledge and just can't be beaten Well done from reception staff to the mechanics I can't fault them, they even look after my partners pride and joy Porsche he won't let anyone else touch it.

Charged me 300+ to change ball joints on ford Territory I had done most off the work myself removed spindle so all they had to do was press out ball joint and replace they said they broke a tool doing it (did I just pay for tool replacement or what)
