I have been trying to obtain a replacement remote since January 2026 and have followed up multiple times over several months. The issue remains unresolved, and support has not been helpful. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company due to poor post-sale support.

The treadmill has been used only four times since purchase. During its most recent use, the motor overheated and burned through the plastic casing on the underside of the machine. This failure caused heat damage to my carpet, resulting in permanent burn marks. Photos attached.

Given the extremely limited use, this level of failure is unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding the quality and safety of the product. A treadmill should not pose a fire hazard, especially after such minimal operation. This issue could have resulted in far more serious damage or injury.

I have already complained to the customer service team regarding the treadmill and have received a refund for the product. However, my frustrations continue, as I have mentioned to the customer service team my upset regarding the carpet on countless separate occasions to which it has not been addressed. The burn on the carpet is right in the middle of my living room and is in front of the TV so it looks atrocious.

After a countless try to reach them via different channels (direct e-mail, customer form in their website, instagram), finally I managed to reach them to raise my request for cancellation. Then I sent my request for cancellation for many times due to huge delay on deliveries. Instead of canceling (even though they said they proceed with cancellation), they sent the product a week later. Unfortunately DPD delivered the product to my neighbor. What should I do now with overweight package? How to return the product? My guess they are planning to sell the product in sneaky way.
