Although my parcel had some issues with delivery, the crew continued to contact me about the delivery and what was going on, i even received a compensation as an apology which was amazing to see.
unreal customer service and would totally recommend for anyone in the market for some premium jewellery.

I accidentally ordered the wrong ring…

I accidentally ordered the wrong ring size because i measured it wrong, so i had to exchange it. The exchange took about two weeks. which was a bit annoying, but the quality is amazing and customer service was also helpfull, so in the end it was still worth it <3

To clarify for you: as noted on our website, all of our watches are carefully handmade and made-to-order. The "3-5 days express delivery" you selected applies strictly to the shipping transit time after the crafting process is complete, not from the moment the order is placed.

Disappointed and Frustrated Customer

I ordered a watch on the 1st November 2025, which apparently was lost by UPS, shipping tax was paid.i have emailed unlimited times with response very far a few. The last being just over 3 weeks ago, offering to refund or replace. I replied to replace. Since then I have had no contact from them at all. Their customer service is shocking, I feel completely let down and trusted. I wouldn't order from them again.

However, after personally reviewing your case, I want to clarify the current status. Our records and the courier's tracking information show that your requested free replacement was successfully processed, shipped, and delivered to your address quite some time ago.

While we deeply regret the rocky start to your experience with us, we are glad we were able to fulfill our promise and get your replacement watch to you.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I have no choice…

I hate leaving bad reviews but I simply have no choice. I ordered the midnight watch 5 weeks ago in the Black Friday sale and I was informed that a shipping label was created and it had been sent via Ascendia. Looking at the website for their tracking provider it took me to the Royal Mail website where it says “we are expecting your parcel”.

After a few weeks of no updates I had to contact the company via email multiple times to no avail, then I tried instagram as I wasn’t getting a response, and then they responded to my email.

Then after that they said they are launching an internal investigation to see what has happened to my shipment. The last communication from them I received was December 15 and I’ve had no response since despite asking for more updates.

I appreciate we are coming out of the Christmas holidays, however this was meant to be a Christmas gift for a family member for Christmas, and I don’t have much confidence in the companies responses at this point so if I can’t get an update telling me it’s in the UK I need a refund ASAP.

Update: On the 4th I was informed that it was lost in transit, I saw the email a couple of days later (somehow didn’t get a notification from my email provider) and I’ve asked for a refund on the 6th. It’s now the 9th and I’ve emailed twice and messaged on instagram again with no response.

The shipment was unfortunately confirmed as lost by the carrier, and our communication during that time was slower than it should have been. For that, we sincerely apologize.

Once the loss was confirmed, a full refund was issued to the original payment method and is currently being processed.

We know this order was meant as a gift, which makes this especially disappointing. While the loss itself was outside our control, we take full responsibility for supporting our customers when things go wrong and are already improving our processes to prevent this in the future.

Buyer Beware

okay so first time buyer i ordered a watch on 12/18/2025 and a necklace (separate order) on 12/20/2025. the necklace order has shipped but now im being informed that i have to pay import fees to UPS. i honestly feel like i should have been notified of this before purchase because those import fees are more than my order total so its like i had to pay double for the item. now the watch hasnt updated at all since i placed the order on 12/18/2025. i wanted the item before the new year so it doesnt look like thats gonna happen. i was very upset about the import fees that i wrote several emails to cancel. then i decided not to cancel and i sent more emails to make sure order goes through. i havent received one response yet and i have sent several emails. im not sure what to think of this company anymore but its been a horrible experience so far. im getting charged import fees which should have been clarified at checkout and first order hasnt updated in 10 days. im not sure what to do at this point. if you dont have the watch send me a refund, i could use those funds to pay those import fees that werent mentioned at anytime during checkout. honestly worst shopping experience

01/11/2026 okay so still no update on the watch and the necklace order after paying custom fees has now been lost in transit. this company wants me to wait for UPS to come to a decision before sending me a replacement or granting a refund. i really want these items but this company refuses to send them. i really tried to give this company a chance and paid everything they asked. i still havent received anything. im about to ask for a refund
on everything. i have a third
order i made and im not sure
how thats gonna go. i stick by original statement buyer beware i havent received anything after spending over $400 with this company

Good quality but bad experience

Its been 2 and a half months since I placed an order and I have finally received my order even though the site said the shipping should take 3 to 7 days....
Had a lot of email exchanges and turned out my adress was not on it. They said they would send it again but after some time i stil had not received anything. After updating my trustpilot review sharing my unfortunate experience they immediately send it. I now finally have my package and they were kind enough to gift me store credit.
Very nice people and beautiful products but unfortunately would not order again because of the hassle.

We’re sorry to hear about the delay with your order. Since we ship all parcels directly from Italy, orders sent to the UK may incur customs charges for orders valued over £135. These fees are set and collected by the UK government, not by us.

In your case, Royal Mail is currently holding the parcel until these charges are paid, which is why it hasn’t been delivered yet. Our support team has already reached out to you via email to assist and find the best solution.
