Great hotel , everything was spot on food and amazing water park , definitely recommend this for family.

The whole package was great, the hotels and the distance was perfect , transport was good and communcation between the travel agency and transport was excellent. Definitely recommended.

This is our first umrah we were going as 3 separate families with children, 13 people in total, ahmed is very patient and understanding particularly because we were undecided which airline to take and which airport to go from we kept changing our mind, in the end we went with pegasus and flew out from stanstead even though we are based in Birmingham, alhamdulillah that worked out for us due to the iran war , the route we were going via turkey was the safest route.

Ahmed arranged the transport the ziayarts and transfers everything was catered for , we were informed evey step of the way the hotels he recommended were excellent, the distance to haram from both hotels in makkah and madinah was only 5 minute walk, everything was chosen to suit our budget, 5* hotel in makkah and 4* hotel in madinah which really wasnt that different from a 5* hotel.

Any questions or queries we can easily get in touch with ahmed and his team 24/7 which was reassuring .
The communication was excellent, the transport company was excellent, we couldn't have asked for any more.
Ahmed always goes above and beyond to look after you even in saudi we could communicate with ahmed anytime and he would respond straight away .

I booked my Umrah and Bangladesh trip with Umrah Packages UK LTD in November 2025 after a recommendation from a colleague. From the very first conversation, Brother Ahmad displayed honesty, professionalism, and genuine care.

The package included Umrah in Makkah and Madinah, all flights, hotels, transfers, and onward travel to Bangladesh at a price that honestly felt too good to be true. Having been scammed in the past, I was cautious—but Brother Ahmad reassured me and even allowed flexible payments, which immediately showed his integrity.

Throughout the journey, communication was excellent. Transfers were perfectly organised, representatives in Saudi checked on us regularly, and everything ran smoothly. When my mother became unwell in Madinah, Brother Ahmad arranged high-speed train tickets immediately and trusted me to pay later—something extremely rare nowadays.

While in Bangladesh, due to unexpected family and land issues, my travel plans changed multiple times. Brother Ahmad went above and beyond—rebooking, extending tickets, arranging alternative flights, and even securing a full refund on a Qatar Airways ticket when circumstances changed. At no point did he pressure me for money. His words were simply: “Brother, you owe me nothing.”

This level of amanah (trust), sabr (patience), and ihsan (excellence) is something you don’t often see in business. By the will of Allah, I returned safely to the UK, deeply grateful for the support I received.

Personalized service provided, one to one communication during the trip arrangements and during the trip it self,

Ensured our hotels received us as honored gusts at both Makkah and Madinah, even though there were Las minute changes,

Kept our Cab service schedule up-to-date and informed,

The last "10 day trip" provided us with perfect time ratio for both places between Makkah and Madinah to preform our Umrah and visit various places as well, but this time the "14 day trip" provided us with ample time to relax and take things more slowly,

We enjoyed so much we have already booked our next travel for April 2026 Just before the shutdown for Hajj - after this we are plan for family trip again late this year or early next Year

We travelled for Umrah with five children, my wife, and my disabled mother, and Umrah Packages UK handled everything with care and professionalism, Alhamdulillah.

They arranged our hotels in Madinah, airport transfers, and ziarah in both Makkah and Madinah. Everything went smoothly, and the team was extremely patient, organised, and accommodating, especially considering our family size and special requirements.

Alhamdulillah, my Umrah experience with Umrah Package was excellent. I travelled only with my daughter, and from start to finish the journey was smooth, well organised, and stress-free.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Its location was convenient, and buses were provided from the hotel to the masjid, which was very helpful.
The transport service was very reliable. Cab services were arranged from Jeddah to Makkah, Makkah to Madinah, and Madinah back to Jeddah, and all journeys were comfortable and on time. This made travelling between cities easy and worry-free.
The service and care provided by the agency were excellent. Communication was clear, and there was genuine concern for our comfort and well-being throughout the trip. This allowed us to focus fully on our ibadah.
The price was reasonable and very good value for the level of service, accommodation, and transport provided. Everything promised was delivered without any issues.
