Unacademy’s biggest problem is constant spam calls. Once you register or show any interest, they start calling repeatedly from different numbers. Even after telling them clearly that I’m not interested, the calls continue.

This aggressive sales approach is extremely irritating and shows zero respect for user privacy. Instead of focusing on quality service, they rely on harassment-style marketing.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Unacademy to anyone who values peace and privacy.

I enrolled in a ₹12,999 course after confirming on call that the classes would be in board-style teaching, just like the demo classes shown on YouTube. But after the course started, I found that it was only live interactive sessions, not board-style as promised.

I contacted them multiple times and even raised a refund request, but they refused, saying there is no refund policy. This is completely unfair and misleading.

I have already filed a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline. Students should not be treated like this. Please take proper action.

I am on international roaming and asked them not to call. Since morning they have called five times from different numbers as i keep blocking the numbers.

THere is no contact email or form on website and the number on website is not reachable.. but for making new customers they have plenty

I bought a subscription on Unacademy, for olympiads. I later understood that I wanted the "foundation stream" instead of oylmpiad stream. I have been calling 10-12 times a SINGLE DAY, yet no call back after the help desk's promise. Still not resolved, even after 6 days. My batch will start tomorrow, and here they are not helping me neither offering a refund. PS don't go for unacademy, go for PW or Allen or something else, don't even go for this.

A bunch of scammers both online and offline. They have turned education into quarterly profit machine. Built on bunch of lies

If i talk about my experience. I subscribed for the ICONIC batch (with mentor and all that) the platform didn't inform me about groups on discord. It's important enough to improve the study experience by 50% more but no one informed me until 3 months later. its good for first one months. then after then they doesn't care if student is attending class and mock test or not. They likes spamming a single useless app message a dozen times.

This article shows a lack of academic rigor and I think it misses the whole point of the website.

Disclaimer: My review is based on a sample of this single article titled "Difference Between Average And Mean" (can't include the link).

While the article makes a point saying there might be many definitions for the "mean", it is not generally true saying "It is the sum of the smallest and biggest values in the supplied data set divided by two", and somewhat dangerous to put it in the main section of the article (Average And Mean: Difference).

I have a taken a subscription in the month of November 2022 for second paper NET (LAW) but currently they have no law teacher for NET (LAW). They provide us recording but recordings are not sufficient to crack this type of national level examination. I have taken subscription just because of paper 2 (LAW). Very bad experience. Fraud Company... please don't take subscription it's my suggestion to all of you.

Worst company useless fraud dont trust them they are cheating innocent people to buy thier courses to get high pay packet jobs they are not refunding money .relevel by unacademy is a fraud. Don't trust them they are big cheats.

This company has grown a lot in past few years, and now it has become a part of the big mafia. It's increasing its prices, and now they are skyrocketing. striking videos of old , teachers, and giving them threats. the company treats its employees like trash and students like a money rig. do not buy its courses, not worth it.

Waste of time and money. Support is terrible.

NEVER signup on unacademy , they just take your details and spam on your mobile daily, i have reached out to them to delete my account , they say DND is enabled , but still i receive s*it calls , and they just spam you. never ever signup on this creep website
