Scooter stopped in the middle of the street, going downhill! While the company is replacing it, this was very dangerous, and you need to perform QC and QA as part of your business model if you are going to lease used scooters.

Terrible experience. I waited two and a half weeks just to finally get a scooter that worked for only two days before it broke down. Then I had to wait another two weeks for a replacement â and on top of all that, I was still charged a fee. Completely disappointed with how this was handled. Would not recommend.
It took about 2weeks to receive the scooter. I know they don't ship out during the holidays, but they dropped the scooter off before Memorial Day, but the scooter was shipped out until the Wednesday after Memorial Day! I order a Black Scooter, and they sent me a green one. The scooter is ok, but I probably won't have it long term because I'm desperately in search of a car.
Too long of a transit time. Says 5-7 days on their website but took 3 weeks for me to get it. And they charge you upfront on the day your order, which I dont prefer, Id rather they charge on the day it arrives. Communication via mail is okay but response time can get better. As for the product, unagi scooters are comfortable to ride, and well balanced. Easy to charge, and easy to carry.
Shipping process was horrible. Took 3 weeks to receive it and didn't even get updates for the first 2 weeks.
Scooter I received was cosmetically not in good shape. Many many scratches cracks on the side and rear bumper was broken. I understand with the membership program I don't get a brand new one but this was in bad shape
Unagi says they will ship the order in one week. It took more than 18 days when i received my scooter.

I have had the unagi scooter for two months now an I must say the scooter performs very well the tires or built to handle bumpy road also performs well going up a hill especially when you're using dual motor mode the scooter has good brakes good motor very fast scooter I road this baby 45 minutes from my job to my house at first when I oder the unagi model 1 Voyager it took some time for me to get the scooter almost like a month an by that it was almost time for me to pay my subscription again I call unagi an told them about the situation and they kind of gave me like a discount I didn't pay that much my subscription is $79 a month and they only charge me $25 for that mouth being that I had to wait a mouth and all for the scooter but this is a very good scooter I recommend
Scooter is already used. When I do unboxing, I see some Dents and damage. Moreover, acceleration and breaks are not working properly
Took over a month to get a scooter. I even ordered the older one because it has faster shipping. Two weeks waiting I was sent the wrong tracking code and waited for a package that was delivered to a different state instead. And waited another two weeks for a scooter to arrive that I was annoyed to have and not in the mood to continue services with.
I was sold a 'Model One Classic' scooter that apparently no longer syncs to the mobile app, which defeats the entire purpose of the product... It's useless without the app AND YET Unagi tactfully chose to not disclose this via their online shop when customers are browsing. Wtf? Then the CSR who replied to my email stating that the scooter wouldn't connect to the app had the indecency to inform me of the fact the product does not work, but didn't offer to process a return, a replacement scooter, or any alternative at that. Echo chamber of nonsense, how are these cons still in business???
The delivery of the Voyager took 2+ weeks and while it was delivered with 100% battery, the estimated miles or range with the current charge was only 13 miles as opposed to their advertised 25. Customer support was contacted and it is now been more than two weeks waiting on a replacement which has yet to arrive. It is not convenient by any sense of the definition. Subscription was canceled prior to even receiving the replacement because of the hassle. This experience has been while the product in concept seems amazing. The lack of delivery on that concept is anti-climatic.
Besides the charger now working, the scooter and app were very easy to use. I was surprised at how much I felt the bumps while riding - not as smooth as expected. However, the overall experience with customer service and using the scooter has been very positive.
