Our bag was picked up at the Edinburgh airport. We had a hotel booked in downtown Edinburgh and the Unbaggaged driver offered to drive us to our hotel. We needed the bag dropped off a week later at a hotel by the Edinburgh airport, and we were notified that the driver was about 10 minutes away, and the drop off was on time.

Our experience of this company was sadly not great. Despite booking and paying a month in advance, they cancelled our booking (by email, not by phone call) five minutes before they were due to collect our luggage while we were standing on the street waiting for them - apparently due to "technical issues".

We were left in the city centre with four heavy suitcases and nowhere to store them for the day. We were very disappointed by this and would recommend that you choose one of the larger and more established luggage handling companies who have backup facilities if you want to be sure of a reliable service.

I'd also add that their phone service was not very professional - each time answering the phone with "Hello?" rather than the "Unbaggaged, how can I help you?" that I'd expect from a customer-oriented business.

Not recommended, and I would definitely not use them again.

This is an excellent service, so easy to use and pleasant company to work with. The APP is self explanatory and is efficient at setting up an appointment to pick up. The app provides updates as well. We had a to spend a few hours before our flight and Unbagged picked up our baggage, including valuables (computer), stored them until a few hours later when their taxi met us and took us to the Edinburgh airport. As a season traveller with kids and family in town, this service is great.

We used Unbaggaged upon arrival by train in Edinburgh. Was extremely convenient to be able to drop our bags right away, and then picked up later and taken to our hotel. The quickest and most convenient baggage store solution I've ever used. Would definitely recommend.

5 Stars because we would use this service again, but there is some room for improvement. I first tried to create an account, but it never sent me the code by email. Eventually, I found the local phone number and talked to a person there who said the account creation didn't work but that I did not need to create. So, I went head and scheduled a bag pick up as well as a return pick up and drive to the airport. It said that the service partnered with the taxi service and that our bags would be wrapped. When the taxi arrived to collect our bags (perfectly on time) the driver keep asking us if the storage address was correct. That felt a little scary. Also, there was no bag wrapping. We put our bags in the taxi and it drove away. When it was time for our pick up, we received a call from another taxi driver telling us he was at the location (where our bags were) and did not see us. We explained that we thought he was supposed to pick up our bags and then come get us at the location we had designated. About 10 minutes later when he came to collect us, our bags were indeed inside the taxi. However, the driver told us that as a long time taxi driver that was the first time he had ever done that. He apologized for being confused, but we did not feel he needed to do so. Instead, it seeemd to us that the Unbagged service needs to to a better job explaining to the taxi drivers what is going on. Regardless, the whole thing was sooooo easy and worked really well except for the drivers not knowing what was going on.

We needed help with organising a luggage collection and storage for an elderly group who also needed help with the stairs at the property, and Unbaggaged were extremely helpful and efficient - making sure everything went smoothly.
The booking system was very simple to use, considering there were multiple destinations and times involved.
We 100% recommend and will use again for sure.

Excellent service. The taxis arrived at the correct place and on time, even after we altered the drop-off time and point. Text messages from Unbaggaged at each stage so we felt very secure in sending our bag off into the unknown. We used the service to drop up off at Edinburgh Airport - all done very promptly and without fuss. Was good value too and meant that we didn't have to lug around a heavy bag for the day. Would love to see this service in other cities.

Our luggage was collected on time and returned on time to the place of our choosing which meant we could enjoy our last day in Edinburgh without any worries. Given Edinburgh traffic, promptness no mean feat, well done!

Very impressed. Kept to all timings, and allowed quite a late change to the pickup. Only negative was being unable to complete the booking on the web, but team did it quickly on the phone.

Really this should have been thought of before!
First class service - booking easy, low price, messages prior to collection and drop off of luggage - all on time and very pleasant staff
Will definitely recommend to others
