They have been very helpful and insightful in the process of attempting to get my account unbanned.
While the process has not paid off yet I have faith it will be beneficial in the long run

My story starts with being banned from Diablo IV. There was no absolute reason for this to happen. My account was flagged through an algorithm and software agents. I was devastated when I received the news, Banned! I did not understand why and I reached out to Blizzard several times to be only hit with several walls, "Thank you for contacting us, your ban still holds." I reached out to Unbanster and recieved professionalism, knowledge, and their willingness to see my account get unbanned. It was the simple things such as answering questions I had, attentive listening, and really understanding why this game meant so much to me as my military friends who I only have contact through the game play together all the time and this had been lost. Blizzard came back and apologized for what transpired so I am very grateful for that and so very thankful for Unbanster. They are a company that I will continue to refer to others in need. I accept that I used hack, but tell me one thing let's assume my id will not be unsuspended, its refund or another account should be available, right or wrong, your Even the rules will not be broken and I will not feel bad either right or wrong?
