I contacted Unblockers due to a severely bocked sewer. Their technician, Tom, arrived promptly the following morning. He did a full inspection discussed with me what needed to be done and commenced work. Within no time he had the problem resolved leaving my driveway in a clean and tidy condition. Tom also did a full inspection using a camera and also recommended actions to avoid further problems. All in all, very pleased with Unblockers and highly professional and polite service by Tom.

Such a relief to have a competent team, attending to my blocked drain. I explained the problem. The two men, working in the dark, lifted two manhole covers and with the use of a special tool, flushed out the drain, which required some grease removal, allowing free flowing water again.

Donât use drain doctor
I had a blocked man hole outside that was leaking waste, I first made contact with drain doctor, who havenât even called back yet, after being promised a engineer will call and attend, after numerous calls over several days I gave up on them.
I came across unblockers on the internet, I was desperate at the time to resolve my issue. A gentleman called andrew answered the phone and re assured me my issue will be dealt with promptly, and so it was, within an hour and half an engineer came to site and the issue was resolved. Engineer was polite and professional, and andrew even called back to let me know he was on heâs way.
I couldnât have asked for a better company to deal with this, the service and timescale was first class and the price was reasonable

Unblockers arranged for their local person to visit the very next morning. Thomas arrived in good time. He quickly identified the source of the blockage and cleared it without delay. He also looked inside our septic tank and gave us advice. He was pleasant and helpful throughout- lovely service.
