Only played for 2 weeks and got lucky at first. Start to play bigger amounts and lost a bit which would have been fine except now they limit me to only playing 3 slips a day max $25. That's after only 2 weeks and only $800 profit. So they limit you if you win which is so stupid and should be illegal.

The continually just kept lying. I had a pick that a player was injured and did not come back and they said that it was not eligible for a “rescue”.

Do not use underdog sports they closed my daughter account when she got up 4 grand and will not return the funds please do not use them I hate to see anyone go through this. She could not get her card to work so I gave her permission to use mine they waited till she got up then closed it knowing damn well if lost they would have kept the deposit

If I could give a ZERO I would. Do not waste your money. Website sucks. No directions. You cannot get your money back. If you click the wrong button it's difficult to undo. Don't do it!!

On **Sunday, January 11, 2026**, I deposited a total of **$65** into my Underdog Fantasy account from my bank account in four separate transactions: **$20, $25, $10, and $10**. Upon depositing $20, I received a **$5 promotional bonus**. I placed **three picks totaling $15**, all of which lost.

My boyfriend also placed several picks using my account. One of his picks won, with an **estimated payout of $418.60**. He initiated a cash-out to my linked bank account. However, when I checked my bank account, the funds were not deposited. Typically, cash-outs appear immediately. Upon reviewing the Underdog transaction history, the payout was listed as **pending for up to 10 hours**.

On **Monday, January 12, 2026**, I checked my Underdog account and noticed that the **$10 remaining balance** was gone. My boyfriend stated that he had cashed out all available funds to my bank account. Since I wanted to place picks for that day’s football games and the $10 should have still been available, I **re-deposited $10** and placed my picks without issue.

At **8:29 AM**, I received an email from Underdog Fantasy stating that I had more than one account, which is not true. I have used the **same email address for over 20 years**. They requested identity verification via a selfie holding my driver’s license, which I promptly provided.

At **11:15 AM**, I received another email stating that after a “thorough review,” Underdog Fantasy had decided to **terminate their relationship with me**, without explanation.

At**11:38**,I immediately emailed them requesting clarification and asking about the status of my funds, particularly the **$10 I had just deposited** and the bets that had been placed on games that had not yet occurred.

At**11:39**, I received a generic response to sign onto the app "that I cannot access" for quicker response.

I contacted my bank and was refunded the **$10 deposit**. On **Tuesday, January 13, 2026**, I reconnected with my bank to file a dispute regarding **all deposits made on Sunday, January 11, 2026**.

I then contacted **LegalShield** for assistance. My concern is that Underdog Fantasy accepted my deposits and wagers without issue and retained my money when I lost. However, when a significant win occurred, my account was suddenly flagged, terminated, and the payout withheld. I believe this conduct may be occurring to other users as well.

Underdog is definitely a rip off. I will not recommend it to anyone! Yes, it is definitely true. All they want you to do is deposit your money and when you deposit your money, they take it and put it up and say it is for something else you cannot withdraw it all they want you to do is keep depositing money. You will never win anything with them. I deposited $75 last year. I didn’t win anything and I wasn’t able to get my money back and so now just like other people stated they say it’s for the draft and you know that you have good people that you picked, you don’t win anything not even a dime so now all I’ve been doing is making pics and they have been good pics. No, I have not won anything and I’m going to continue to make pics until I have drawn the last of my money down from them. Do Not use these people they are a total rip off.

I enjoyed underdog in the beginning although their redemption process is a little slow, they have great profit boosters and free player picks sometimes. However, today I deposited 100$ to bet on NBA and Underdog (in the middle of my winning bet) decided to end our relationship tho I had done nothing wrong and said my money is forfeited! Like hell it is! How are the going to decide to end our relationship for no reason on the middle of my winning bet? Then the audacity to say they’re keeping my money. Underdog can’t just keep my money, that’s my money and I have done nothing wrong, these businesses never tell you what you violated just paste links to T&C. Consumers we need to start pressing the issue of transparency with these companies. What T&C did I violate that entitles you to keep my money? If I was you I would stay far away from this company who are obviously thieves and will keep your funds if you win!!

Scam. Also very pushy. Sells personal information.

My friend placed a 9 part bet on a football game with a payout of 3000. He hit all 9 and now they don’t want to pay him his winnings. They are giving him the run around and then trying to force him to place more bets with him winnings and not let him cash out. They are a scam.

If you want to bet fair Square do not use Underdog fantasy betting platform I recently made a bet for nine leg parlay Panthers against Rams. I hit every last one the payout was supposed to be $3111 and some change. They only paid me $2067 and change ,they refused to pay me the remaining$1033 and some change and is currently trying to force me to use the $1033 and some change which is a third of my winnings for betting again,they are cheaters ,and scammers. This platform is fraudulent,do not ever use this platform/betting app. They will refuse to pay you all of your money. They don’t disclose this, but they don’t pay out fairly they are cheaters and I recommend no one ever use this app ever if you want to be paid fair Square last I checked when you make a bet you pay it just like if you lose you lose in this case I won and now they’re mad. I’m currently contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General office about this fraudulent issue. I plan on making several complaints against Underdog and also exposing them on every social media platform, including Google and any other Internet service I’m trying to reach out as many people as I can. If you have an account with these people take your money out delete the account and don’t ever use them they will not pay you. They’re fake they’re fraudulent. They’re scammers . Do not use the site. I forbid you if you want your money, fair and square use prize picks or hard rock they pay out all the money Underdog will 1,000 % cheat you and will not respond to any of your emails or chat support team inside the app. They are terrible. I have proof I will be posting all week about this Underdog bullcrap

I use a 3 betting sites.
Underdog is far and away the WORST.
Don't believe me...try it. Have fun having to bet on multiple items (designed to defeat you) rather then rely on the odds; never get your earned money out; and, then get locked out of your account requiring you to spend about 30 mins just to get back in.

I’m mad I had to hit the 1 star! Absolutely no customer soupport it’s all ai. And just trust me it’s the worse app out there for sports betting they stack it up against you where it’s almost impossible to win

This company is a joke. I won on streak a week ago and still no money I contacted them and they keep saying the same thing. I won $2500 on FanDuel and it took 3 days for me to receive my money. After I get my money I will close my account.

I have used multiple sports books such as DK, FanDuel, Fanatics, and Hard Rock. Hard Rock is the only other company with service this bad.

I was offered a 50% deposit match upon signing up. Upon deposit, my money can not be withdrawn anymore. There was no “…” or “read here” anywhere on the deposit screen. I had to contact support and get them to refund my money manually and have them take away my “bonus bets.”

There was another, “bet $5 and get $75” offer too. This $75 bonus bet was taken from my account and support has been ruthlessly unforgiving.

From hidden contingencies to support that is essentially an AI, I cannot recommend this app or company to anyone unless you enjoy being ripped off.

Underdog is complete garbage. You can never see your team when game is live . You can see your score but not the players and leader board points but no line up. Trash will cash out after best ball is over

Has a wemby first quarter prop, he doesn’t play a single second of the first quarter, so you would think that’s a void right? Nope, they counted it as a loss and did the exact sam as ROBBERY and robbed me of my money. 1 is the best I can do for this site. I am currently dealing with an issue where they’ve lost two future bets having to do with the NFL playoffs. My drafts are no longer showing and they are offering no resolution at this time which means they have basically stolen money from me based on my entry fee.

If i could go zero I would.. scammed me into making a deposit then tell me afterwords they only do draft bets in my state which I dont do.. so I immediately requested a refund they said up to 30 days to get my money back!! No compensation to sorry nothing. Probably the worse experience ive had with a sportsbook.. stay away from underdog.. no wonder they have a 1.8 on here smh
