I had my bedroom and livingroom celings soundproofed as i got to the point i couldn't live with the noise anymore. They did a very great professional job. Also very competitive. It was expensive though compared to others offering quotes seemed well worth it. I am so pleased i got it done and only wish i did it sooner. Very pleased with work provided and woudnt hesitate to ask them again if i needed them. A really professional, reliable and value for money job. Definitely recommend .

Five star service from the both the installation team and office team. I had two upstairs rooms above our ice cold garage insulated by the team from underfloor last week. They arrived on time and on the agreed days and had all our work completed during office hours. Jamie fully explained what insulating was going where and showed me it in place before replacing the floor boards. Floor protection was put throughout the house before the team came in so as to keep our carpets and wood floors in pristine condition. And at finishing time they hoovered the whole area back to spotless. All waste was removed from site and no nails or screws were left on the driveway. Paula in the office kept us informed of progresss through regular calls. I would not hesitate to use this business again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at this type of work to be done. Five stars well deserved.

Underfloor Insulation Glasgow attended our property on four separate occasions, for what should have been a 1 or, at most, 2 day job.

We had to keep calling them back to fix errors.
• They forgot to insulate a loft hatch,
• they forgot to bring enough insulation,
• they forgot to insulate the main part of the loft,
• they forgot to do what we believe is a complete job.

One of the many examples of their 'workmanship' I have recently discovered is they stapled a ripped bin bag with a small amount of insulation in it to a loft hatch damaging the loft hatch. According to the person in the office this is industry standard and it's not just any bin bag, it's a thick one. As you can see daylight through the edges of the hatch my thoughts are it may not be as draught proofed as they we had paid for.

They seemed ever so happy to take the payment but my personal experience of the 'customer care' is they are not too keen on fixing their work.

I've called so many times to ask them to correct errors they've caused and today when I called after having discovered the bin bag and yet still seeking to plan a route forward - the person in the office wouldn't even let me finish a sentence. They explained that their laughing was maybe a nervous thing 'certainly not a laughing at the customer thing'...

Eventually the person in the office said they could see about discussing having a PIR board installed then put the phone down on me.

Sadly, because of my personal experience with this company the last thing I want is them anywhere near my home. I am overwhelmingly disappointed with what I though was a company that cared about its reputation and customers.

We naively thought with paying more for this company than other quotes that we were paying for quality, that they would live up to their promises, and they would be worth the extra.

We feel we were very badly let down and so could not ever recommend them to anyone.

I have emailed these details to people in the company and I hope they will treat their future customers better.

Called around different companies and ended up going ahead with this one, the price was on the lower end and overall we got a whole new storage space in a derelict loft.

Floors were raised over the previous insulation, brand new ladder and shelving was included. They pushed outwards as far as they can go to provide as much space as possible and we couldn't be happier with the result.

They were very quick, respectful and cleaned up everything afterwards once done in under 6 hours.

Staff were welcoming and helpful every time I phoned.
I was given a window of 30 minutes when to expect the workmen. This is unusual these days and really appreciated not having to wait in for several hours. Also I received a text on the morning to give me advanced notice of arrival time. Again unusual and really appreciated. The guys were friendly, polite and worked very efficiently. I would highly recommend this company.

Got a loft insulation top up in Aberdeenshire.

Survey and quote within 2 days of making the initial call, and the work done within 2 weeks. Very happy with the results and the pricing.

I was worried that installing underfloor insulation would create a lot of mess and disruption. However, with Underfloor Insulation Glasgow it was a walk in the park! As I have fitted carpets, they made a very neat hatch in a cupboard and managed to insulate the whole house from there. It took the three of them a few hours of very hard work and when they finished, there was nothing to be seen. They left the house spotless, and I can already feel it is considerably warmer. Well worth doing. I would definitely recommend them.

Karl came to provide a quote for installation of underfloor insulation. He clearly explained what material would be used and how the job would be done, including insulation of pipes. The quote was reasonable.

Ian and Jamie where doing the work and faced a few issues but just got on with the job, finding solutions as appropriate. When the job was completed they showed us photos of before and after. They left everything clean and tidy.

Karis deserves a mention. Each time I contacted her at the company office she was patient, dealt with my queries and kept us informed of timescales.

We received first class customer service from start to finish.

Steven came to Girvan to quote me for making my attic space into a room. It has been floored and insulated to a very high standard using quality materials and the price was very fair. It's a small family business, their clients are important to them and it really shows. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I should also mention brothers Ian and Jamie and a 3rd lad whose name I didn't catch, they all worked hard and cheerfully and left eveything clean and tidy.

Two men worked hard for 3 days they were very pleasant and answered all our questions. They arrived on time every day. Left the room clean and tidy. We were really pleased with the standard of work and the cost. We would definitely recommend this company.

Guys arrived on time. They were experienced and worked well. Took a whole morning to insulate our floor and net it, as well as lag the labyrinth of pipework. Very pleased with the neatness and quality of workmanship. Look forward to saving money through reduced heating bills, from heat lost through the floor and from unlagged, or barely lagged, pipes. Can recommend.

Had my insulation in the loft completed today. From the initial visit, through the support over the telephone to the fitters the service has been outstanding. The fitters arrived promptly, worked efficiently and showed all the work before they finished. The office team have been quick to respond, and friendly. The inclusion of photos of the job is a really nice touch. Would strongly recommend.

Following a warm and professional assessment by Karl our two installers arrived on time and performed a rapid and thorough fitting. Contact with the office was very helpful at all times. Messages left were rapidly responded to. The result is just amazing in this old house. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Delighted to have my loft insulated this week. Everything was done without any fuss and staff were all efficient, helpful and friendly. I couldn't recommend this company more. They did a wonderful job in our 150-year-old sandstone house which turns out had a very tricky floor to insulate. They were very friendly and efficient, and left everything tidy. Really brilliant.

First class job at reasonable price. They use the latest high quality wool based material in thicker specification than many others. They were capable of proceeding effectively with just 60cm clearance whereas others required 1m. On completion they showed me on cameras the total area insulated - reassuring. Lastly good communication throughout, friendly and punctual.
