However we can contact the courier to provide an ETA for the customer if they have contacted for this. If a customer doesn't contact us we aren't aware an ETA hasn't been provided, we do keep a track on customers orders being delivered etc

Very pleased with the service and product which was a replacement for one which had gone faulty. My original had a plug-in connector to connect the wiring through the casing whereas this had simply a cable, necessitating rewiring to the connection box. However this straightforward and it worked! Therefor I am very satisfied.
